They put cream on my coffee when I specifically asked them multiple times not to (I am vegan) I also asked for oat milk so hopefully they put that instead of regular. And the iced cap is very very bad

Usually a line up for the washrooms. Its usually about 10 women to 2 or 3 men but the women insist on using the men's washroom so you're waiting anyway. Most are just getting into town and aren't customers so its not a vibe.
Tables were all filthy. Urine all over the bathroom floor. Nasty.

In a local and visit this Tim's everyday. I might change that as lately the service is going downhill. The evening staff at this location could care less what they are doing or serving. I usually receive attitude or a wrong order now every time. This evening I ordered a Jalapeño Bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese and a coke. I got a plain bagel with butter and they forgot about the coke. I was the only one being served at the time with maybe 2 people in the restaurant. It's not hard people. Seriously. I'm not one to complain but this is my regular spot and enjoy the food. But the mistakes and attitude of the window employees are not acceptable. Will be taking a break from Tim's for awhile
