Worst service ever!! Firstly went through drive through they couldn’t understand our order. Then we inside to order they got our order but two same coffee looks totally different and they start arguing asking us to do the job that they are supposed to do.

Great customer service from Yuvraj. The food came fast and the new layout looks more open. They have a self service POS as well.

This Tim Horton’s doesn’t live up to the brand.
Staff are rude and impersonal
I was giving my order and the cashier walked away in the middle to deal with another customer.
No apologies upon her return.
Even though I’m eating in restaurant they placed my order on the mobile pick up area. No announcement that my food was waiting.
Super disappointed
Had to ask for straws for the drinks and they charge for water.
I’ll try the other Squamish location - hopefully it will be better

The young man got both coffees I ordered wrong. Worst part is he added sugar in my coffee… I am diabetic and do not add sugar in my coffee. Neither coffee was consumable.

Be careful of this location. Yesterday, I stopped in after a very long hike. I wanted a wrap, no rice, sub lettuce, 2 tim bits, and one regular ice cap. The guy that served was the Asian guy that works there, he charged me almost 6$ for a regular ice cap but the price is usually around 3.50$, 1$ for 2 sour cream tim bits , but they are usually
.33 cents each, and he wanted to charge me lettuce when I asked for no rice. I was too tired to argue with him. But he gave me a full-on attitude when i told him 3 times i didn't want rice, and he overcharged me on everything I ordered. Very rude of him. Be aware of the dude scamming others because he has a bad attitude . I won't be going to that location again

On a long drive this was a welcome stop with my elderly relatives, with handy wheelchair parking by a ramp, easy floor access, AC inside, nice and clean, and as my aunt says ā€œlots of space between tablesā€ time for a coffee and muffin. —there was a bit of a line up for single room washrooms.
