Calling all Canadians. I Went to this Tim Hortons to get my usual Americano double double and it tasted completely awful tasted like they put the wrong beans in the espresso machine. This is not the first time. Other times it takes like they give you a regular weak coffee instead of an Americano. So then I went to the other Tim Hortons in town to try and get a decent Americano and it tasted like there cream is sour. Tim Hortons has gone way down hill. This has been going on for months, completely inconsistent and hit or miss for quailty with everything except the tim bits. That seems to be all they are good for now. I'm calling for a boycott! The quality has gone so down hill and this has been going on for months now. I have had enough. I have been going to Tim Hortons for coffee every day for a long time and I put up with the inconsistency of good quality and I would say the food is sloppy and not well made. The times I actually get something well made is like 1 in 10 thats only 10% of the time. And I have been going there a lot

Started going here after poor service at the other location on Progress way. This location is a bit out of my way but the service and quality is far better here. The workers have hospitality and seem happy to serve you. Everything I have had here was great and when there is a mistake they are happy to make it right. I will happily go out of my way to support this location from now on.

Worst ever experience. I ordered ice lattes and wanted less ice in it. Girl at drive thru window said why you guys keep bothering us and giving us headache. I just wanted less ice in it. Even the drinks were not even mixed properly and when i asked them for stir sticks they still being very arrogant. The date was 1 nov 2025 and time is 4:15.

This Tims used to be old vibe and had inefficient design of the floor but they finally renovated! Looks alot better and welcoming now and that's very nice. Looking forward to do more stops here on the way to whistler.
I am talking about the design and atmosphere being old and dated but good thing they have invested money into making ot better. Employees are nice and helpful.

Be careful when you pay cash at this place. My orders came up to almost $40 and when I handed the cashier(black guy) $50, instead of giving me my change back, he put the money just outside the till and then he started cleaning inside the glass display where they have the doughnuts. It took me awhile to realize that he never gave me my change back, I had to ask him if he had given it to me and he no so he knew.But why walk away and start doing something else. That is strange for that to happen. Usually you get the change back after you hand in your payment, but I guess he's hoping that I would get distracted by giving me my doughnuts and not my change, walk out of there and then he can pocket the ten dollars. Also I scan my app for points and when I checked under the recent transaction tab on the app, current transaction was not registered. Definitely not going back to this location and will not recommend it to others.

When you order a simply sausage one would think there would be sausage and cheese right WRONG!!! you just get an egg on it so thank you for taking my 20 bucks AGAIN and i dont get a breakfast before work AGAIN. I remember when back in the day before the new Canadians came over your order were right and served with a smile....where did we go wrong.
