Our air bnb recommended Buono when we came over the holidays. It ended up being their last night open before they close for winter so we got lucky. The room was busy and had a great vibe. They really nailed the details from the music to the food there were so many things we liked. We loved the Caesar salad and those buttery croutons!!! This will definitely be our go to spot the next time we visit.
Honestly of one the best restaurants in Gibson! The pork belly and scallops were done in perfection and beef brisket amazing! I can’t wait to come back and check out their pasta and pizza!
3 of us for dinner....absolutely wonderful! The main course was excellent, the service was terrific. We had a window seat. I would absolutely recommend Buono....don't miss out on the chance to dine here!
