We had an amazing dinner there last night to celebrate our grandsons 16 th birthday. Ambience , service, food was first class as usual. We have never been disappointed no matter what we have ordered.

Food was exceptional! Excellent dining experience!! Elle & Lee provided excellent service and made the evening special!
We have dined here three times and each time have had a very enjoyable experience. The service is always excellent, as is the food. The atmosphere is calm and friendly and comes with a great view of the ocean. The chef is a hidden gem in this quiet town and Lee and Isabella are fun, professional and helpful while carrying out their host and server duties single handedly.Anyone staying in the Gibsons, Sechelt area should give this restaurant a visit.

We are so glad we didn’t let us guide by some of the recent bad reviews of this restaurant. Our experience was excellent and this is due to Isabella’s personable, unpretentious and professional service and of course to Chef’s culinary creations with top quality food. Of course the beautiful setting contributes to the whole dining experience. We started the evening with aperitifs on the patio. The kitchen sent greetings with fresh focaccia and sundried tomato pesto. Delicious! Sell it by the jar ;-) Our appetizers were a delight and presented very nicely. We decided to move inside for the main course, and Isabella had no issues to set up the nicest table for us. Flavours, size if portions and presentation of all courses were just perfect. Thank you Isabella and Chef! You will see us again!

An Exquisite Culinary Experience with Breathtaking ViewsI recently had the pleasure of visiting this remarkable restaurant on the Sunshine Coast, and I must say, it left an indelible impression on me. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the scenic views that perfectly complemented the delectable food. It was evident that the chef poured their heart and soul into each dish, creating a symphony of flavors that delighted my taste buds. While the food and view were unquestionably exceptional, it's worth noting that the service could be improved. During my visit, there was only one gentleman doing most of the serving, which led to a slower pace of service. However, I believe that the quality of the food and the overall experience compensated for this minor inconvenience. It's advisable to plan your visit accordingly, ensuring you have ample time to savor the culinary delights without feeling rushed.+ Momosa+ Ginger Margaritas+ Chasters House Salad+ Slow Cooked Pork Belly+ Lincod (Daily Catch)+ Char-Grilled Beef Tenderloin(See pics)

Actually it was closer to 0/5. Just a frankly terrible dining experience—way over priced, small portions, slow service (3.5 hours), hair in food. On and on: avoid

Quite possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. A group of eight had dinner at Chasters tonight, and I barely know where to begin. The service was extremely slow, it took the staff 30 minutes to take our drinks order, another 15/20 minutes to bring our drinks, at least another 30 minutes to take our meal order. There were only two tables seated, so they certainly were not rushed off their feet. The entire meal was very disappointing, they ran out of a wine that was ordered, so poured less than a full glass, one of our group found a hair in her meal, another was poured a glass of red wine that was rancid. The service was so poor that we were left alone for long stretches of time with no water topped up, and no jugs of water that we could top up ourselves. Really awful experience. The saving grace was that the company was wonderful, and so in spite of a truly terrible dining experience, we enjoyed ourselves. I would avoid this restaurant, there are numerous less pretentious places that serve excellent food in Gibsons/ Roberts Creek and Sechelt. The food at Chasters would be a disappointment at a third of the price.
