The butcher burger is absolutely delicious with a generous patty. The dejonnaise is a bit too sweet for my liking. If you like a burger to taste sweet, by all means get it. If not, ask for a substitute.

First time dining at Emelle’s Market Bistro, a friend highly recommended this amazing spot, I had the Nova Scotia Donair, which was the BEST, I have ever eaten, and my husband ordered the taco crunch chicken burger which was incredible, oozing cheese, flavourful sauce just heaven between two buns. This is most definitely our new go to, chef Trevor produces some of the finest food, the service is outstanding, Courtney rocks it, I felt like family, inviting and welcoming. If you’re looking for an amazing meal, atmosphere and all the rest in between this should be on your list of places to dine and drink, heading to happy hour next week:) Superb!!

The food was fantastic. Every menu item coming out of that kitchen looked so delicious. I kept saying “oh I wish I ordered that instead”. I had the classic breakfast. The toast was the best I’ve ever had. My son had the pulled pork sandwich, he loved it. My friend had the salmon salad and said it was delicious. It can be a bit loud if there are kids in there but all in all I was blown away with the quality of food. Usually it’s one server and one cook so expect a bit of a wait but they are super friendly and it is well worth it. Shout outs to Courtney and the chef working on 08/19/2025. Top class!

Absolutely one of the best burgers I have had. Quick service, never had to wait more then 10 minutes for our food. So good in fact that we have been back twice. Very friendly staff and an amazing chef. Highly recommended!!

The wild salmon burger with hand cut fries is perfection!! The only star I take off is because the atmosphere in the building is rather stark & office like and not cozy but food is worth it. It’s too bad the couldn’t section it off and make it have a lil style and comfort but if you are there for the food it can’t be beat.
