Friendly Thai Restaurant

delicious, had the friendly Thai rice with prawns and an iced Thai coffee - my favorite!

The food is absolutely delicious and on most occasions I received good customer service but on this situation, I was repeatedly scowled at by the male waiter who made a rude comment at my mom. The food is delightful and I was taking her back at how disrespectful the server was as he was given a substantial tip, and I was very surprised at this.

They are indeed, super friendly at Friendly Thai. Service is great, fast and efficient. Love the papaya salad, chicken spring rolls and tom jerd woon san (soup).

This is always a stop for me when in Gibsons, and when I saw it was open on my way to the ferry I rushed in to place a take out order.
They ensured my order came out quick so I could make my reservation. I appreciate the service, and as always, the food was amazing.

Stopped by to try the Red Curry Chicken and the Pad Thai from the lunch menu. Taste authentic and price is reasonable. The staff lady was friendly and gave us water while we waited outside with the dog.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Friendly Thai in Gibsons, BC, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and friendly service.

The food at Friendly Thai is simply outstanding. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Thai dishes, all bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the Pad Thai and the Green Curry, which were both cooked to perfection with just the right balance of spices.

Great food, you get a soup and one spring roll with any dish but for us (vegetarian)the daily soup was not vegetarian; requested to get a spring roll instead of the soup but they clearly denied :(

Hits the spot ?

So good!!Whatever I tried here blew the lid of my head.Cashew curry, tom yum soup and red curry were awesome.Mango with sticky rice as dessert was the icing on the cake - it's a must have here.Two thumbs up for the courteous and efficient service. This place will always be on the list for visiting Gibson the next time.

I tried so many Thai restaurants but this place seems pretty authentic. Best in BC!Good portions for the price. Spicy level was perfect for me. Try out Thai milk tea. They serve decent. I order for dine in and take out too. ?I'll definitely be back when I visit Sunshine coast!!
