Met these fine folks at the Gibsons Pub / Beer Fest last night. Such a fine gentleman and fine tasting spirits, poured with a genuine smile. I’ll have to come check them out in person as I’ve only driven by before.
Really rad space where the owner Bob entertained and educated us about the booze while pouring tastings of some of the best gin and whiskey I’ve tasted (and the vodka was tasty too). The cocktails were excellent also.
I found this local distillery on my recent trip to Gibsons from a flyer given to me by the hotel I was staying at. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go here but thought I’d decide on it by asking some locals what they thought of the place.Turns out most locals aren’t aware of this place but I ended up going there anyway.
