For about a month now this franchise location has been out of multiple ingredients that are used to make pizza. I'm not sure how they stay in business in this town because they're actually is a fair bit of competition. I would strongly recommend Patra Pizza at the Sunnycrest Mall. They always have all the ingredients in stock for whatever Pizza you choose. Ever since this location changed hands it has just been headed downhill.....

First off, our experience with the staff is always lovely. They are always so friendly.
That being said, they are CONSISTENTLY out of so many ingredients. There are 2 pizzas that we love and they are out of at least one ingredient on each pizza 99% of the time. So the things I want are pretty much never available.
Also the app is not functional even if you try uninstalling and reinstalling. It tells you one item at a time is sold out so you have to go in and edit your order 5+ separate times with everything they're always out of, and then won't let you put in a house number. It used to work but in the last couple months it's just stopped.
And then their website once you try to complete the order it just errors out, so calling is the only option.
So between them never having what we want and their disfunctional technology, we won't be ordering from them anymore 😞

I’ve ate at lots of Panagos in Vancouver, but this one has hands down the worst pizza I’ve had from any.
Seems like their dough quality is extremely poor, and as a result the pizza comes out very thin (did not order thing crust). They use way less sauce and toppings than other stores too.
Would not recommend ordering from here. There are other local pizza places that are a bit more expensive but way better.
