I don't understand how it could be voted as eighth in Gibsons. I should have just left especially after the male staff member possibly co-owner insulted me by explaining that paninis are hot sandwiches and showed that they are flat with his hands. I never asked for the definition of a panini. The Cowboy Cookie was so salty. I kept trying to make myself think that it would get better. I had to stop and compost it. I couldn't even wash it out of my mouth. My front teeth felt like they were being eroded. It seemed stale. The other cookie that I first ordered was stuck to the shelf which was not a good sign at all. The last sign that I should have just left was the sign saying a minimum of $5 for credit/debit but she (possibly the other co-owner) wanted my $2.47 that badly by disregarding the payment policy. If you want to find the worst cookie in the world, it can be found at this bakery/cafe. As much as it is beneficial to support small businesses, this one needs to change owners possibly again or close permanently. Go elsewhere like Super Value where you can find actual cookies and listen to your gut feelings!

Such a great place! Stopped by with friends for a coffee and trip plan... Very glad we did! Excellent coffee, the most delicious almond croissant I've ever tasted (a touch of tangerine glaze, masterstroke!) and most of all, the warmest and friendliest welcome you could hope for. Steven gave us heaps of handy tips and ideas for our trip, and we all left with huge smiles on our faces. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great coffee in Gibsons :)

A Sheer Bliss Bakery experience is just like the name of this awesome bakery and coffee shop... sheer bliss! The staff are great. The menu is delicious and prepared perfectly. I highly recommend some of the breakfast items, and the bakery treats like the carrot cake or almond croissant. ?
Great prices for amazing food and coffee! Morning Glory muffin, Lemon raspberry scone and we went back for lunch - spanakopita with salad = delicious! Everything made in-house and it's really worth checking this gem of a local place out. Amazing staff too!

Probably one of the best bakery’s Iv ever been to. And trust me, you’ll understand from the second you walk in. The incredible smell of baked goods and the friendly conversations with the two amazing owners - this place made me contemplate buying a house in Gibson! Oh and the paninis? The best. The carrot cake - you haven’t lived till you try it! I rarely write reviews but this place absolutely deserves all the stars!
