Most of the staff is incredibly helpful but a couple are not unfortunately. I'm sad about how the iced matcha is now, I miss the old Shaker cup, the new way makes it chunky 😢

This is my first time leaving a review, but after experiencing poor service here multiple times, I feel I need to speak up.

I always order a customized coffee, and yet the staff consistently get it wrong. Honestly, how hard is it to follow the customer’s request? We’re charged premium prices, but the quality and attention to detail are at the bare minimum.

It’s extremely frustrating because this happens every time I visit. Please retrain your staff and start taking customer orders seriously.

Picked up my mobile order got to my car and this is what I open the cups to. Why are we paying for larger drinks and getting smaller amounts. Why can’t you just fill the cup up and give the customer what they paid for. What a disappointment for such an expensive treat.

Drive through took 20 minutes. 15 waiting at window being ignored. Our order was simple 2 Americanos. We waved them down was given excuse it’s really busy with people in the store. Very ridiculous.

I never write reviews but I was really unimpressed with the staff’s attitude and customer service. Wait is getting longer and longer with each visit and drink quality is not true to Starbuck . Pretty disappointing.

I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this location, but this recent visit confirmed that I won’t be returning. I ordered a hot grande caramel macchiato. A little more than halfway through the drink, I took a sip and felt something go into my mouth. I immediately removed the lid, spit the drink back into the cup, and to my shock and disgust, it was a very long, dark hair.

I am absolutely repulsed.
I can overlook the occasional wrong order, long waits, or even the drive-thru being closed at inconvenient times. But hair in my coffee? That’s completely unacceptable. There’s no excuse for that kind of oversight, especially for the price you pay. It’s unfortunate how quickly this location has gone down hill. I won’t be coming back.

They forgot about my half made hot coffee. They just kept making more and more cold, iced coffees. I had someone waiting in the car on a 31° day and they took forever...it was pathetic. I will return because I am from Edmonton and it is the only one I know how to get to...sad for me. I am disappointed in the less intelligent crew here.

I’m not quite sure how Starbucks allows this location to operate as it does. It always closes at odd times with a rogue paper sign on the door, they hardly take mobile orders or have the proper ingredients available, the drive thru is always closed, and when they are open the drinks take forever. I feel bad for the staff at this location (not their fault) - why can’t it run properly?! Corporate needs to get involved asap to investigate what’s going on. Super sad with what’s happening to the Starbucks brand we all knew and loved. :(

Was here today and got stuck in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Nobody in the store seemed to understand deployment or how to follow it. They let the mobile orders dominate the time, and put new people in the drive through with inadequate training. Since when does everyone in a 4 person deployment not focus on the one task they are assigned? That’s how you catch up the lines and maintain consistency in service.

Seattle needs to seriously reevaluate the manager at this location. If you are not going to invest your time in making it what it should be, step aside and get someone from a larger. It’s your take over and show the staff how to depend on each other when things get busy.

Unbelievable with the drive through. Waited over 20 minutes, called asking what’s happening. His excuse was short staffed and sorry. Close the drive through if you’re short staffed. Never make people wait that long.

I recently was in the Starbucks in Gibsons and was overcharged for a frappuccino. Please pay attention to how much you're charged, as they are scamming you. Wish I had watched more closely. It was an older lady who did it. Buyers beware...

Rolled through at 5:30 this morning. Ordered a venti dark roast, drove away, take a sip, cold. Cold coffee at 5:30 AM. Called them, some guy answered and tells me that’s not possible, they brew their coffee every 10 minutes. BS. You guys had one job. Make coffee. Don’t give your customers coffee that’s been sitting around all night and then lie about it.

From the outside this is one of the more pretty Starbucks I've seen. It is small. Service is good. Staff are friendly. The drinks are Starbucks standard!
