Originally went because they were the only shop open at 6am on Gibsons. Ordered an oat milk chai & a jalapeno bagel with cream cheese, egg, hash browns with cheese and it ended up making my day. Highly recommend.
At 5am, the drive thru can come to a standstill from what looks like a lack of employees. After 6am, they are usually above average for speed. There is one girl nobody can hear in drive thru. Having grilled cheese on your menu and being told you don't serve it, is irritating. Correct these and I would give 5 star.
Fast , efficient exactly what one expects from Tim hortons, my complaint is that in an effort to be super fast hardly two words are exchanged between customer and employees and the English muffins, bagels ect are always barely warm and always un toasted , when your expectations are for a warm breakfast receiving a cold English muffin is definitely disappointing
