I was really disappointed with my visit. The customer service was not good, and the drink I received was filled mostly with ice. On top of that, the burger was cold, which made the meal even more disappointing. Definitely not the experience I expected.

LITERALLY the worst place. I'm not talking worst Wendy's, I'm talking worst place ever. Every single time we come here, something goes wrong. They forget our fries, drinks, totally wrong order, or they tell you to pull up through the drive-through when there is nobody else in line, so they can raise their stats, so it shows that they completed your order fast. They have also just forgotten to bring out your food when they have you pull up, forcing you to go in (without a receipt, might I add, because they never provide them) and then they question your order. The number of times we have driven back here for missing items.... We have lost track, and when we do and notify them that they have forgotten an item, blank stares, no apologies, and they go on their way. If I could have given this place a -10 rating, I would. Today, the drive-thru debit machine was down, so you have to go in again, and even when you go inside, they still manage to mess up the order. It blows my mind that this incompetence and a lack of accountability this location has. TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

Two nights in a row two bad meals provided in the drive through. Neither evening could I get a baked potato and tonight's fries were so cold they were ineatible and the chicken burger was barely above warm. There won't be a third chance for redemption.

Food is garbage quality bacon is always undercooked and slimy patties are pink in the middle half the time and that's only if they actually get your order right and give you what you ordered better off going to a&w down the road way better service and good quality

I went through the drive through and was told to pull over for 3 minutes while they got “fresh” chicken strips. I parked, after 10 minutes I went into the restaurant to find out what the delay was. There are 3 employees standing around talking in a different language. The one looked at the screen and said that my order was there. They put my order together and put in an extra burger that I’ve thrown away.

It was pretty bad, lady charged us for two mayo packets and somehow screwed up a three burger order, when we brought back the burger it took the whole kitchen to evaluate that the chicken burger we brought back was infact not a baconator that we ordered

Ordered a combo and got large fries and drink. Charged 27 dollars. I stated that I had only ordered a combo and I felt that was not my order. Drive thru guy said that's what it cost. Just looked it up online, $16.14. Will never go back to this Wendy's again.

Why do you not post the prices of Frosty? $2.10 for small $3.10 for large maybe? Is that the largest? Is there a medium? I don’t know. Staff doesn’t have the prices memorized. I got a large… maybe I could have got XL? They didn’t tell me.

Honestly underrated. The food has always been reliable for me and the cleanliness of the dining room is good. Getting out of the drive-thru can be a bit challenging at times given that it's competing with the Tim Hortons drive-thru and not everyone knows to leave a gap when lining up.
