Other places had waiting lines so we ate here since we were staying at Days Inn. Pasta dishes were not good.

Great burger, good pizza and pasta. Strangely, no mustard when I went though.

Great mountain view, we were sitting outside, very nice. Easy to get there from HWY 1. Pizza ok, but thin crust was scratchy on the palate.

Idiotic policies! We decided to have takeout from this place, when we got the food we decided to stay and eat it in their patio instead. The patio was completely empty and a lady came to kick us out because takeout was not allowed to sit in, even for their OWN food!. Their patio was completely empty but the rude waitress had to still go outside to kick us out. Their food was the same price for takeout or dine in. I can’t believe they wouldn’t let us eat their own food in their completely empty patio! The food is not worth their attitude towards costumers. DO NOT RECOMMEND, also got forbid someone comes with a dog to their patio, run for the hills! Not worth the price or the food.

Had to eat it in our car in the parking lot! Next to their patio, still paying same price. I wish I hadn’t tipped for this takeout.

Terrible customer service. Food is bland.
The restaurant and patio was empty we were the only couple but the waiter still asked us to leave and not eat the food we just bought from them. Be bought take out but we were not in a rush and wanted to seat the outdoor area. They were very rude

Fyi not pet friendly as well.

It was a take out order through phone which was told it will be ready in 35 mins, after arrival the service was prioritized to people who were doing dine-in but our order was kept on delaying and as per the order it took more than 1 hr.

Service from waiter and waitress are the worst. I definitely do not recommend this place if you don’t have time

I visited this restaurant on June 22nd around 3-4pm. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. The lady, Harman who served us came across as rude and inattentive. While serving our drinks, she accidentally spilled some on the table but didn’t offer any napkins or attempt to clean it up. I had to ask her for napkins and even had to prompt her to take our order.

We ordered pasta, jalapeño poppers, and wings — the food was enjoyable overall. However, the lack of basic customer service, such as a smile or any form of courtesy, really affected the experience. A little friendliness would have made a big difference.
Wouldn’t come back just because of the service.

The lady working at the front end/server station on June 28 around 7:30 PM (the tall one) was quite rude and arrogant. She even seemed to have an issue with us choosing to sit on the patio. It’s disappointing when someone lacking basic courtesy and customer service skills is assigned to greet guests. I’ve been to Golden many times and to countless other restaurants, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had.

The food is good but will never be here again for the terrible customer service.

First time in Golden, and found Alforno Restaurant and Pizzeria through Google maps while rifling through the available (and open at the time) amenities. This place has spectacular views and a lovely outside seating area. The one staff member working was kind, gracious, respectful, and brought a wonderful energy to the place. He was working the whole place seemingly on his own and maintained a smile at all times, and looked genuinely happy.

Ordered mid rare.
Cooked to perfection
With very flavourful mushroom sauce
As well as mashed potato was really smooth and buttered
Fetuchini shrimp pasta with bechamel sauce aldente and tasty dish
Highly recommended

We had a lovely steak meal last night which was very reasonably priced and very tasty! The waiter was attentive and had a good rapport with customers.
