I did not have a good experience with Dan and Columbia River Catering. He was very rude when I spoke to him on the phone and he did not seem interested in helping me book his services for my wedding. Overall I did not get a good feeling and didn’t book this company.
I contacted Dan in July, 2021 and let him know of my wedding date and time. I spoke with him on the phone and he had me create a menu for the day. After over 2 months of sparse communication, he wrote to let me know that he had already booked my date. Not once had he let me know in those 2 months that he had others inquiring about the date. He often took a couple of weeks to respond to emails. This company is unreliable and unprofessional.
