This is a very sad example of a well-to-do company going down the toilet
I ordered a simple cheeseburger with a french fry and a milkshake. I could not finish eating whatever that is that they call a cheeseburger. It had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The only thing you could taste out of the whole thing was a pickle. Nothing else. Everything else tasted like cardboard.
The service was horrible. The company is so hell-bent on higher profits that they are now hiring people that don't speak English. I won't go back if I cannot get the order I want without having to spend an extra 5 minutes explaining it in details because the person on the other side of the counter doesn't speak English or French. Then you've hired the wrong people.
And lastly, this is a company that's made millions and millions of dollars in profits and yet they have done absolutely nothing to better the restaurants. They are exactly what they were 25 years ago. They've made no improvement whatsoever. So goodbye. Count me out. I'm not coming back. I'm taking my business elsewhere, especially at those prices. I'm going to go to fatburger, get a really good tasting, flavorful hamburger and a real milkshake made with milk and ice cream. Not whatever the hell that was that dairy Queen served me. I threw it out. It was disgusting.

Was craving onion rings so made a special stop. Drove away to find they were obviously previously cooked and microwaved. I heard the microwave running while I was there, but had seen burgers for another order go in. My onion rings were hot, but dry and bag not even greasy from fresh out of the fryer. Hot, but completely dry deep fried onion rings? Nope, they were microwaved.

Food is a mile off the standards of mc Donald’s/A&W/ Tim’s - burger tasted like stale lettuce and dripped with grease, the tomato was the end of the tomato. Also ordered a side salad and it looked like it was mad last week and inedible. Service was friendly just food quality standards not good

It used to be ran by Philipinos and it was excellent 👌 Its now ran by another group and as usual cleanliness, service, freshness all down the tube's. There was a slime on the drinks machine and hairs as well. The bathroom was deplorable. My onion rings were only half full and they were stale and chewy. The burger was put together sloppily and was a mess. Employees were on thier phone and kinda just hangin around. Every table and chair was messy and in disarray. Won't be going there again. Used to be my favorite place to grab a snack in Golden.

Always love coming here! Every time we stop by, the place is clean and staffs are friendly. They made a small mistake on one of our orders, but they quickly fixed it. Joana’s (I think that’s their name?) service was great!
