We got the tuna bowl and eel bowl. We never imagined it was going to be a base of plain rice (with like a few sesame seeds) and a few pieces of the fish. The tuna was super unflavored (good tuna doesn't need to be seasoned to be good) and eel was decent (most likely because of the ton of sauce they put on it). There were no vegetables or others like other bowls I have had before in other sushi places. It was $25 cad per dish!. Pictures included.

Delicious food. We ordered sushi and other dishes for 5 and it was ready in 20 minutes. The chef was very nice and even cooked some extra chicken for us even though he had run out of it. Highly recommended, especially the Alaska Roll.

Packed two meals in same container. Provided two packets of soy sauce when she had previously poured us two containers of soy sauce which should be the bare minimum of standards. Poorly made sushi, fell to pieces . Ugh.
I experienced deep disappointment with my recent dining experience at Golden Sushi. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Roll, and was served raw chicken inside of it. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, instead of addressing the issue, they argued with me that it wasn’t raw, insisting that the chicken was properly cooked.
This incident not only ruined my meal but also left me concerned about the restaurant's food safety standards, customer service, and worried for my own health as I ate a a piece before I noticed. I advise others to think twice before dining at Golden Sushi unless they are willing to risk being served raw chicken and facing a dismissive attitude from the staff.

Great place for take out (only, no dining room). Tasty beef rice bowl, miso soup, make sushi rolls. Nice couple running this mom and pop shop. Recommend if you just want to grab take out.

Delicious sushi. Today we ordered 4 types of sushi rolls and sashimi. The portions are large, we couldn't finish both of them. Despite the large number of orders, they were fulfilled almost on time. The sushi chef is friendly and cheerful. The quality of the rice is average, the fish is good.
