We love Indian kitchen! We live here in town and it’s one of our favourites. Always friendly service, always tasty food & it never disappoints. Sometimes it’s slow moving but that’s because they are busy and they are busy for a reason 😉

We tried this place on our way back to Calgary and were not disappointed. Food tasted pretty good. Lamb kadhai didn’t taste exactly like a kadhai dish, but was delicious. Portion size was decent as well. Loved the garlic naan. Our order took a good amount of time to be served. Overall, it’s a good place to stop by if you’re in Golden and craving for some Indian food.

If you have extra time, please do visit because they take forever to serve, so slow service and we spent almost 2 hours for average dinner.

Waited for half an hour to get inside the resturant and waited more than half an hour for an order. Talking about the food, the flavour of food was average but the food has more of a spices.

The ambiance was a sub-standard glimpse of half-hearted attempt to appear as Indian. (Hanging random indian pictures and blasting ear piercing punjabi music doesn't make u Indian).
Food was equally tortuous, A popular chicken item was like, sour tomato and chili paste dissolved in vinegar with a few pieces of almost dry hard chicken chunks. Another paneer item we had in which paneer was mysteriously evasive. I abhor such places who tarnish the essence and image of a cusine which is revered world over. I feel for the unassuming people who would never know what real Indian food is as long as restaurants as these exists.
