Rockwater in Golden is a classic American-style pub with a laid-back vibe. The food was decent—standard pub fare that hits the spot but doesn’t wow. Unfortunately, the service was slower than expected, with a 30-minute wait for our meal despite the place being nearly empty. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, though, and the drinks were solid. It’s an okay spot for a quick bite, but don’t expect lightning-fast service.
