This was my worst restaurant/pub experience in 55 years! Rode many hours to Grand Forks BC with friends to try the one thing this town is known for, borscht. Russian/Ukrainian soup. We went onto the patio but most seats were wet for no reason. It was also dusty and dirty. Grand Forks famous soup was on the menu but I was told they did not have any. That’s like Buffalo New York with no buffalo wings?! Service was poor with a bug in the water, no refills and no cutlery / napkins. The food was pedestrian and at best a 4/10. Our big group regretted going here instead of a couple nearby well reviewed spots. This place sucks! Was the worst ever!

The fresh salad was delicious with just adding a bit of salt. The Shepherd pie was huge and really good. The fish and chips were fresh, large portions and my sister enjoyed it immensely. The veal cutlet was a bit of a disappointment. Lots of mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy was tasty, but the cutlets very too chewy and didn't stand up to the quality of the rest of the meal. If you get a chance to stop in to experience the pub, do it!!! You won't be disappointed.

Stopped by for a beverage this afternoon not extremely busy A bartender and 3 barmaid working .I sat athe bar for 10 min. and got no service not even an acknowledgement that I was there. Guess they only cater to regulars
