Very friendly and helpful service. Loved the coffee. Food was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. It was good but was not a 'write home to Ma and brag about it' meal. Prices are very reasonable.

I encountered one of the staff named Guri, very arrogant and disrespectful young guys. he needs better training on how to service customer, asking me where I came from and he haven't seen me around and to ask about him in town, not sure what that means .all this just because he offered extra staff I didn't order, all I told him was ill ask if I need the extra cookies and muffins her offered. Calling me rude and he won't serve me đŸ˜€ I will never stop by this Timmy's ever!

Beautiful atmosphere and stunning display of baked goods. It felt more like a cafe then a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately there was no wifi.

Parking: The parking lot is in the back.

Kid-friendliness: There are changes tables in the bathroom.

Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom would be suitable for a wheelchair.

Had to repeat order three times as the drive thru rep wasn't paying attention and was multitasking. Ended up paying for what we got but it wasn't what we ordered. The owners here just don't care

Ordered a meal and wasn't asked what kind of donuts I wanted. He was the only one taking orders and looking after the drive thru window. He gave us attitude when we asked about it. We drove away after paying for a breakfast meal and not getting the donut. Everything was made so fast my wife's English muffin sandwich had only half the bun on one side. Disappointing.

For the second time I bought a BLT on a bagel and for the 2nd time the Mayo was literally in the hole. I had to pull over and spread the Mayo across the bagel. And only 3 measly half slices bacon....It's a BLT....it should have more bacon than tomato! Very disappointed and combine that with the worst coffee from any of the take outs, Tim's is losing my business.

The service is always fast, nothing to complain about that, maybe 3 out of 5 time my order will be done correctly. We have to repeat our order multiple times at the drive tru for it to be right and sometimes, it is still not right. Missing sauces, missing hashbrown getting stuff you didn’t ask in your sandwich such as tomatoes or wathever. One day I went in because I ordered two hashbrown and chipotle, I only got one hashbrown and no chipotle, the employees response was “We only charge you for one”. I clairly stated I wanted two hashbrown for my breakfast combo, I had two sandwiches and two drinks. The employees was then talking to the other employees that was fixing my order telling her how I need to buy my hash brown which I refused and told her I didn’t needed it anymore, because the price of my meal would be completely different and I wasn’t in the mood to go tru refunding process to get my combo price. One or twice doesn’t matter, I understand the adrenaline and the fast paced environment can caused mistakes, but it had happened multiple times. This morning I went at the drive tru, my order was done correctly and fast even tho I had to repeat multiple times at the drive. Once I got home, I realized my French vanilla felt light, I open the cap to discover it was barely full. Keep in mind, this was not for me, I didn’t had one sip on my way home which was not even 5 minutes away. This has also happened multiple times before, which I never complained before, because since the hash brown situation, it first, feel useless go back in to complain and second, it makes me feel like I am in the wrong. Tim isn’t what it use to be, this one, is bad and doesn’t value their customers. Moral of the story, take an extra minute in the drive tru to take a look to every elements in your order.

So NICE and NEW! For some reason however there was hardly any staff working, probably because it's a small town. My iced capp was very thick, way more than my Tim Hortons in my hometown. The staff are all lovely :)

i don't know what would possess anyone to give a post Burger King Tim Hortons a higher than 3 stars, so here is a review with no nostalgia for the old Tims. Every time I go through the drive through, and get a drink, the drive though person says "NO FOOD?!?!?"
Its the same when I just get food, "NO DRINK?!?!"
its very annoying. Like this almost a shout of disappointment and surprise. Also 9/10 times they put egg on my breakfest sandwich with I explicitly say not to do. I will just not drive away when they give me the food and check cause I know they don't know how to listen.
If you feel any brand loyalty or nostalgia for Tims, stop it. Burger King bought them and ruined everything. Grow up.

The coffee I ordered at the Tim Hortons drive through at the previous town was all wrong . The smiling and friendly young man at the Grand Forks location did not give is the sugar we requested to help fix the bad one I had , but , replaced it completely free of charge . What a pleasure to deal with ? happy and eager to please and appreciated very much .
