“Both my daughter & I visited this establishment today and the server ‘Lana’ was a superstar with her customer service delivery. She nail it! She was so friendly and kind which you don’t see too often these days!!. On top of that was the food !! Omg we had to the best sea salt & pepper wings done to perfection and we shared a turkey sandwich with fries on the side! Absolutely a 5 star for this cafe! We will be back! Keep up the great work! The only suggestion I would give is add ice to your water jugs upon delivery to your table especially on these hot days!! It enhances the presentation & makes it more appealing! “Thank you John for delicious meals! We came by for some fish and chips for lunch. They were lightly battered and fried to perfection with a delicious and fresh salad. We liked it so much we came back at dinner time to have some of your chicken/beef teriyaki. Adults and kids loved it! Big portions, reasonably priced and everything tasted delicious and fresh! Thank you!!! If you come to Harrison Hot Springs it’s a must try!”

“I tried it tonight for the first time and was very Skeptical cause I'm not very adventurous when it comes to food and wow that was one of the best meals I've had. I had the spicy Teriyaki chicken, the rice cakes that come in it are awesome. Also the naked lemonade was super good. Great staff and just a great experience. Will be coming back asap”

“Chicken cajun burger was great, it was made with a real chicken breast, but dont expect cactus club lol! At least it was not ground mystery meat😆and the onion rings were great. The nice young gal behind the counter even offered a free sample of mocha almond fudge ice cream and it was delicious! 😋”

The staff was friendly and patient as we picked our favorite flavors — which wasn’t easy with so many delicious options! “Besides the actual poutine, which was amazing, and the actual experience, which was fast and friendly, I have a lot of gratitude for the guy working last weekend as I left my phone behind on a nearby table. He said he noticed it and kept it behind the till for safekeeping until I returned. And that he does that for all things left behind on their patio. He actually brought up that I had left it there before I mentioned it, before handing it back. The LEAST I can do is leave a good review in return! And well deserved obviously. I imagine if the level of integrity for something that exceeds customer service is the standard, that the business ethics of this take out place would be similar too. Which is important for an industry that gets the product ready where we generally can’t see it. Amazing food, quality ingredients, friendly staff, good humans there.”

“I think is my first time leaving a review but this place deserves it! My husband myself and our 5 year old went for dinner tonight and Bella Vista is hands down the BEST restaurant in Harrison! Our server Abigail was the sweetest nicest server, made a special drink for our son. The food was so good i coolant even put it into words. I had the lamb shank and it was mouth watering fall off the bone no knife needed AMAZING, drool worthy for sure. Portion was so big I couldn’t eat it all. Abigail talked to us let us know the executive chef has over 40 years experience and you absolutely can tell his love and passion he puts into his art. Bella Vista is officially my new favourite restaurant.”

“I had an amazing evening at the Copper room. They had a wonderful band and ballroom dancers kept us entertained. The food was amazing; I had a Caprese salad, salmon fillet and a delicious blueberry cheesecake from the Chef’s menu. The service was quick and professional. A great restaurant for an elegant, classy dinner out.”

“I was at the Daniel Wesley show last night. Our server Oliver was amazing! He was the best server I have had in a long time! The place was packed, he was serving lots of people all around the bar, and no one at our table waited more than 5 min for a drink. He was super quick, funny and just great at customer service! This guy deserves a raise!”

“Went for breakfast. Two empty tables were reserved, though one was still empty when we left. Had to sit at table in the middle with 2 supporting columns so no room to push chairs back.
The food was low quality. The bacon was cold, hard, stiff as a board. Crumbled when I tried to cut it. Tasted like it had been cooked very early. We went at 9.30am.
The potatoes were only warm and mushy. The toast very thin.
Hard to get hot water to refill teapot as only one server who was visiting with another table.”
