“Both my daughter & I visited this establishment today and the server ‘Lana’ was a superstar with her customer service delivery. She nail it! She was so friendly and kind which you don’t see too often these days!!. On top of that was the food !! Omg we had to the best sea salt & pepper wings done to perfection and we shared a turkey sandwich with fries on the side! Absolutely a 5 star for this cafe! We will be back! Keep up the great work! The only suggestion I would give is add ice to your water jugs upon delivery to your table especially on these hot days!! It enhances the presentation & makes it more appealing! “The atmosphere made you feel at home, with fresh-cut flowers, romantic lighting, and a lovely staff.

The food was fresh and in large portions. I had delicious short ribs and a glass of pinot noir for dinner. End the meal with a light lemon cheesecake!

“Besides the actual poutine, which was amazing, and the actual experience, which was fast and friendly, I have a lot of gratitude for the guy working last weekend as I left my phone behind on a nearby table. He said he noticed it and kept it behind the till for safekeeping until I returned. And that he does that for all things left behind on their patio. He actually brought up that I had left it there before I mentioned it, before handing it back. The LEAST I can do is leave a good review in return! And well deserved obviously. I imagine if the level of integrity for something that exceeds customer service is the standard, that the business ethics of this take out place would be similar too. Which is important for an industry that gets the product ready where we generally can’t see it. Amazing food, quality ingredients, friendly staff, good humans there.”

“Good ice cream, customer service was excellent as well. They had lots of flavours to choose from, I would say it is a bit more on the expensive side for an ice cream shop in the area.

Expect to spend at least 40-50 for a family of 5 if you do go!”

“Great food, warm and inviting staff. Beautiful log cabin with a fireplace, perfect for winter festivities or date night while visiting Harrison Hot Springs. The two outdoor patios are amazing in the summer to enjoy drinks with friends. I will recommend this spot always. I'm a regular! 😊”

“Just ate at the lounge when we first arrived at the resort and the staff serving were absolutely amazing. The food was so good! I had the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had and the beer was nice and cold. The young lady that served us went above and beyond and the gentleman behind the bar treated us like family. The restaurant was so cosy and clean. We will be back”

“Chicken cajun burger was great, it was made with a real chicken breast, but dont expect cactus club lol! At least it was not ground mystery meat😆and the onion rings were great. The nice young gal behind the counter even offered a free sample of mocha almond fudge ice cream and it was delicious! 😋”

The staff went above and beyond they kept checking in to see if we needed anything and even offered a complimentary coconut dessert. The food itself was okay, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. It truly felt like they’ve worked hard on improving that aspect, and it made all the difference.”

“Homemade goodness! Everything here tastes very fresh and homemade. I got the eggs benny for breakfast and it was cooked perfectly. I don’t understand why the ratings are so low… Harrison is old school which I highly appreciate and preserves its culture. I appreciate shops like these serving up real food and drinks that tastes amazing. I had bought a few of the fudge bars as well to take home and my friend got a cafe frio on the way out. 10/10 recommend and will be back!”

“I was at the Daniel Wesley show last night. Our server Oliver was amazing! He was the best server I have had in a long time! The place was packed, he was serving lots of people all around the bar, and no one at our table waited more than 5 min for a drink. He was super quick, funny and just great at customer service!
