“This is an excellent restaurant for Thai food. I finally went to Bee's Thai when I found out a friend of mine from secondary school owns and runs the restaurant. When I went there for dinner, I immediately got a table and was served with water. I ordered their bubble tea and the Stir-Fry Cashew with chicken, which I heard was their recommended dish by many. I had the Iced Thai Milk Tea with Jelly Ball and I found it subtle, yet aromatic. It was the best bubble tea I have had in a while. Their bubble tea menu is quite vast to the ingredients you are allowed to choose from. The stir-fry was magnificent and the Thai chili sauce they served with it was not spicy at all, which I liked. The contents in the stir-fry was fresh and flavourful. I also had their Fresh Ginger with pork, which I found very piquant in the sauce. I especially liked the interior design and decor of the restaurant; it was exotic-looking and it did not look cheap in any sense. I would love to come back and eat there again soon, and I am very happy for Bee's success in her restaurant.”

“I'm terrible for leaving reviews, but I reminded myself this evening that Young's deserves all the good vibes. I arrived early to pick up my order and exchanged some banter with what I can assume is the owner. Now the service with all the team is always friendly and engaging, but I got a true sense of the passion and culture behind Young's Sushi today during my conversation.

As for the food, 💯! Even when I'm craving sushi on Mondays and remind myself they are closed, I won't go elsewhere. I can wait a day for the quality and experience. For local sushi, I have never tasted fresher and tastier. I normally get the Rainbow roll but felt adventurous and tried the Red Dragon tonight. Wow! Might be my new fave! A ton of options for sushi but also offerings of Udon noodles, Tempura and all the appies.

“I went to BarBurrito at my father's request for his birthday. When we were there, it was not busy, even though the space there was small and there were not many seats or tables. I ordered the Build-Your-Bowl feature with mild chicken, Mexican brown rice, black beans and their BARsauce, and my father had the burrito with ground taco meat. I enjoyed my meal; the sauce was good, the beans had flavour to them and the chicken tasted great if not a little dry. My father liked his burrito and found it very filling. BarBurrito is a really good Mexican restaurant that I would not mind going back to.”

“We found this amazing restaurant by accident. Our other diner was closed for renovations, so we found this place on Google maps, with top notch reviews. Great place with great staff and they are super friendly people. We had a few laughs with the waitress and one of the kitchen staff even joined us at the table, and gave us some of her history too. Can't recommend this place highly enough and we'll be back for sure. We live in Richmond, but we have fairly regular trips to Mission and this restaurant is a MUST DO to add to anyone's list.”

“Karan was kind and polite and we got some delicious subs in a very reasonable amount of time. This is one of our go to delicious quick and easy meals. I’m celiac and their gluten free buns are delicious and I always feel like they pay great attention to allergies. We will definitely keep coming back.”

“We went to the Krunchicken in Mission last night. Everything about the place - the food, the lady taking orders, the environment - were all top notch. We ordered all three kinds of bone-in chicken wings that were available as well as fries, yam fries, and other sides. Everything we ordered was FANTASTIC. Absolutely fantastic. The portions were huge, the prices were fair, and the flavors were out of this world!!! NEW FAVORITE CHICKEN PLACE!”

“Over from England for 2 weeks and this is the nearest pub to where I’m staying. I must have been in about 6 times, had amazing food 4 times with my family. Great welcome and service by all the staff, especially Nikki. Lovely times had, great drinks, great food, amazing service and all way cheaper than back home. “I love sushi te, I always get them or Youngs, whichever is open. They recently added salad with their takoyaki and the dressing for the salad can leak onto the bottom of your takoyaki, still good but can make the takoyaki a bit soggy on the bottom as well as change the flavor a little, so maybe get them separated if you're doing takeout to avoid that. The meal was still a 10/10”

“Me and my father used to go to Wee Chippie’s a lot for their fish & chips for a long time. I still really enjoyed the food there when went to Wee Chippie’s just recently. I ordered the Halibut Fish Piece and Fries. The fish was delicious, along with the fries. The fish was fresh on the outside, and sweet, savoury and meaty on the inside. The fries taste so much like they were made with real potatoes, judging from the thick cut and texture of them. The tartar sauce that came with my meal was very good, and my only regret for ordering from them was requesting for more sauce. The service was great since I waited less than twenty minutes for my food, like they said it would take. The interior was spacious and straightforward in appearance, with the exception of a few portraits and some giant fish trophies. I would love to come back to Wee Chippie’s again to try their other menu choices, like their oyster strips and British sausages.”

“Pizzaman has quietly become our go-to pizza place for Desi style pies. It's not really a dine in type place but they do have chairs and pizza by the slice of that's your jam. They do a respectable pepperoni pizza but I've yet to find a Desi joint that makes a crispy pepperoni like the big chains. For me the Pizzaman Special and vegetarian pizzas are on point. Prices are average but they are generous on the ranch and jalapenos.”

Ordered calamari last time I was here... The giant red chopped onions on top is kind of strange. I've never had it served like that before. It's a lot better chopped up so you can actually eat the onions with the calamari..

it was a pretty tiny portion for $18. Also didn't get any veggies with it that time.
