“Had a very fantastic experience today at this coffee shop. I really wanted a drink that I saw a photo of from 2 years ago on the reviews, the girl there re created it for me perfectly. She had fantastic customer service. They didn't have drip coffee so close to closing so she recommended the americano for the same price to compensate. Super friendly and added a goodie since it was end of the day. She really made our evening! Drinks were delicious but her service was the cherry on top :)“

“I had such a fantastic lunch here today. The sandwiches are incredibly fresh and come served in these cute red and white checkered baskets that add such a nice touch.
I ordered the Canadian Club, which was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The quality of the ingredients is clear from the first bite. Everything looks so inviting in the display cases, especially the colorful rows of macarons. I will definitely be back to try more.“

“A gem for people with food restrictions in Downtown Abbotsford! Everything is tasty, gluten free and has the ingredients and allergens listed. We had a Neurodivergent Social Connection group for adults meet up yesterday and we had some people with celiac and nut allergies show up, so it’s great you had food for those people to eat. Also, thanks for sharing our Instagram post too, that helps get the word out about our new group.“

“I was taken here for my birthday and LOVED it! They even accommodated my allergies so I could enjoy high tea with my friends. “Oldhand coffee was a breath of fresh air for the business community of Abbotsford when it opened a few years ago. It is and will always be my favorite space to be in for a visit with a loved one or for a day of applying to jobs online (or a first date haha). The owners and staff are all kind and knowledgeable. “The 2 employees were welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. The second employee who was working in the back at the time noticed that the other employee was busy with another customer for longer than expected and came out to help us. We purchased some cinnamon buns and a loaf of bread, both exceeded our expectations. Thank you and we appreciated the great customer service!“

“The service was great. They were just opened after the renovations and i guess i was the first guest they attended. Even though they were setting everything up, they served us with smiles on their faces and we bought delicious sweets from them.

“Well, I do not have words to describe the explosion of flavors that Penelope add to her vegan coxinha. She is an artist while talking about cooking experience. I just love all her vegan products but obviously I could not miss the opportunity to talk about her vegan coxinhas.I highly recommend all her mouthwatering products.“

“Ordered online and unfortunately there was a mix up and it didn’t go through on there end. website glitches happen sometimes so I get it and offered to come back the next day to pick up, instead they stayed late to cook it for me. The aunty there was very sweet and welcoming and gave me some great sweets samples to try while I waited. We really appreciated it and as usual everyone at home loved the food. Definitely a favourite for our family and will be back soon!“
