Good ice cream, customer service was excellent as well. They had lots of flavours to choose from, I would say it is a bit more on the expensive side for an ice cream shop in the area.

Expect to spend at least 40-50 for a family of 5 if you do go!

Our kids love ice cream and were not disappointed the 2 or 3 times they went.

Today, August 3, 2025, I visited the Baskin-Robbins location in Harrison Hot Springs with my 3-year-old son. While waiting in line to order, I experienced one of the most disrespectful and humiliating customer service encounters I’ve ever had.

A young blond male employee (around 18–20 years old) completely ignored me and instead went directly to two white women who were standing behind me in line. When I calmly informed him that I was next, he continued to ignore me, refused to make eye contact, and laughed at me with the women behind me in a way that felt intentionally dismissive and deeply disrespectful. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager, but he didn’t respond.

It was clear from his behavior that I was being treated this way because I am not white. This was not just bad service — it felt personal, targeted, and racist.

I only placed an order because of my son, who was looking forward to the ice cream. Another staff member finally helped me, but the damage was already done. We drove all the way from West Vancouver to enjoy our long weekend, and instead, this staff member’s behavior ruined the experience for us.

This was a deeply upsetting experience, and I strongly urge Baskin-Robbins to review the conduct of their staff at this location. No one — regardless of their background — should be treated this way. I would not recommend this branch to anyone who values dignity and respectful service.

This is the first time I buy ice cream in a store. Usually I buy it in supermarket only.

This Baskin Robbin’s is attached to another restaurant so there isn’t much space to move around but there is seating outside. There are lots of flavours to choose from.
There is no accessible button on the door.
Prices are typical for a touristy area.

Was nice because the ice cream was so good I had mint chocolate chip ice cream it is delicious I love it you should try it or another flavour-from your 6 year old customer

My girlfriend and I visited this particular Baskin Robbins after being referred there by Rocky Mountain staff after they said their ice cream machine won’t be on until the next month.Upon our arrival to Baskin Robbins, we were greeted by a very nice lady who assured us that a server will be with us as they were busy at the moment.She returns with a ‘not-so’-gentle man who was the one to serve us the ice cream.We ordered waffle cones with two flavours and while he was scooping out the next flavour for the first waffle cone, the first scoop he placed ended up falling on the counter which he placed back on after scooping up the second flavour..I guess he didn’t think that was a problem and proceeded to hand the cone to us with the fallen scoop of ice cream. We brought up how one of the scoops fell on the counter and he still used it for my girlfriend’s cone when he “reassured” us that they “use bleach for the counters all the time”; (mind you he was leaning on the counter while getting the scoop that ended up falling).We decided to leave when he offered to get another scoop but didn’t replace the “clean” scoop which had already been contaminated by the fallen scoop of ice cream.This guy continued to mutter when we were walking away about how he could replace the whole thing but the principle is that he didn’t and thought it was okay.. I truly wonder if this guy even washes his hands often enough to be considered clean to work in the food industry.Again, the lady which reassured us was very nice and the two stars for service is all for you. The BALD GUY WITH GLASSES AND DRESS SHIRT, AND A CONDESCENDING GRIN i am only calling you out man. Your actions were very questionable.

Great flavours, but..maybe it was just the particular server we and another party got during our visit (06/10) when ordering ice cream cones. The servings were pretty small considering the cost of the cone. We won’t be going back.

Took gr kids there in Harrision hotsprings. Very good selection. Kids size. Nice and patient teenage worker !

OMG! Their mom’s cookies was heaven!
