“Both my daughter & I visited this establishment today and the server ‘Lana’ was a superstar with her customer service delivery. She nail it! She was so friendly and kind which you don’t see too often these days!!. On top of that was the food !! Omg we had to the best sea salt & pepper wings done to perfection and we shared a turkey sandwich with fries on the side! Absolutely a 5 star for this cafe! We will be back! Keep up the great work! The only suggestion I would give is add ice to your water jugs upon delivery to your table especially on these hot days!! It enhances the presentation & makes it more appealing! “Authentic Greek experience? My Greek salad had ONE olive on it. When I asked about it they said that only one on top and I could order a side of olives for an additional price. WTF? They should maybe learn how to make a Greek salad.”

“Thank you John for delicious meals! We came by for some fish and chips for lunch. They were lightly battered and fried to perfection with a delicious and fresh salad. We liked it so much we came back at dinner time to have some of your chicken/beef teriyaki. Adults and kids loved it! Big portions, reasonably priced and everything tasted delicious and fresh! Thank you!!! If you come to Harrison Hot Springs it’s a must try!”

“I tried to make a reservation by email, but I didn’t receive a response even after two days. On the morning of our visit, I wasn’t sure if my reservation had been confirmed, so I left a voicemail, but I never received a call back. In the end, I called about an hour before our desired time, and fortunately, they had availability and were able to accommodate us. I would recommend making a reservation by phone rather than by email.

The food was excellent. The Caesar cocktail, tomato and eggplant appetizer, and roasted lamb main course we ordered were all absolutely delicious. I would give the food five stars based on our experience. My friend ordered the halibut, which she found to be a little dry.

The sunset view from the patio was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to enjoy a sophisticated, relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful sunset.”

“Besides the actual poutine, which was amazing, and the actual experience, which was fast and friendly, I have a lot of gratitude for the guy working last weekend as I left my phone behind on a nearby table. He said he noticed it and kept it behind the till for safekeeping until I returned. And that he does that for all things left behind on their patio. He actually brought up that I had left it there before I mentioned it, before handing it back. The LEAST I can do is leave a good review in return! And well deserved obviously. I imagine if the level of integrity for something that exceeds customer service is the standard, that the business ethics of this take out place would be similar too. Which is important for an industry that gets the product ready where we generally can’t see it. Amazing food, quality ingredients, friendly staff, good humans there.”

“Came in to watch one of the FIFA games. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and good value. It was clear to see the owner and staff really cared about the customer experience which was very refreshing! Would definitely come back next time we are in town.”

“Great food, warm and inviting staff. Beautiful log cabin with a fireplace, perfect for winter festivities or date night while visiting Harrison Hot Springs. The two outdoor patios are amazing in the summer to enjoy drinks with friends. I will recommend this spot always. I'm a regular! 😊”

“Went to celebrate my wife and I’s anniversary. Melissa was our server and she was fantastic. My wife and I have frequented Michelin restaurants in Vancouver and can honestly say that the service provided tonight was exceptionally high and some of the best we have had. From giving us a sheet to request songs played by the live performers they would run up, sweeping the crumbs between dishes, to suggesting and then taking a photo of my wife and I recreating our wedding photos. The menu was well thought out and we enjoyed it. With live music and a dance floor, the experience we had tonight will make us come back for more. Thank you to the staff for letting us relive our wedding anniversary with you.”

“I visited this vintage looking restaurant in Harrison Hot Springs last weekend. This place has a really good food. We ordered their special fish and chips which was recommended by the staff and we loved it. We also ordered Cajun chicken burger which was also next level. We sat out side on their patio which also has amazing views to the mountains while enjoying our food.Will definitely recommend this place.”

“I Was there for some company meetings in their conference rooms. These guys did a bang up job of executing a space, food, beverages and service throughout the day. Then we went to “Islands” 2 nights in a row because of the fun service provided by Dani. She was great. Service was over the top and she was so fun. There were about 18 of us and she handled it really well and was on the ball all night. The pork rib bites were tender, meaty, delicious. Wings were solid. Mushroom ravioli was completely satisfying. Thanks for providing a positive environment for having a fun night for us.”

“I don’t didn’t have very high expectations after reading some earlier reviews of Courtyard Café Harrison, but I was pleasantly surprised today. The staff went above and beyond they kept checking in to see if we needed anything and even offered a complimentary coconut dessert. The food itself was okay, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. It truly felt like they’ve worked hard on improving that aspect, and it made all the difference.”

“Fantastic place for ice cream with a LARGE selection of flavours! Definitely stop by here when you visit. Staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly! Everything we ordered was handled with food safety in mind. Only critique would be the price, as it was a little high. other than that next time I visit I will for sure be back!”
