“Both my daughter & I visited this establishment today and the server ‘Lana’ was a superstar with her customer service delivery. She nail it! She was so friendly and kind which you don’t see too often these days!!. On top of that was the food !! Omg we had to the best sea salt & pepper wings done to perfection and we shared a turkey sandwich with fries on the side! Absolutely a 5 star for this cafe! We will be back! Keep up the great work! The only suggestion I would give is add ice to your water jugs upon delivery to your table especially on these hot days!! It enhances the presentation & makes it more appealing! “Thank you John for delicious meals! We came by for some fish and chips for lunch. They were lightly battered and fried to perfection with a delicious and fresh salad. We liked it so much we came back at dinner time to have some of your chicken/beef teriyaki. Adults and kids loved it! Big portions, reasonably priced and everything tasted delicious and fresh! Thank you!!! If you come to Harrison Hot Springs it’s a must try!”

“Authentic Greek experience? My Greek salad had ONE olive on it. When I asked about it they said that only one on top and I could order a side of olives for an additional price. WTF? They should maybe learn how to make a Greek salad.”

“Went to check out Morgan’s Bistro while we were visiting Harrison for a few days. We had the Organic Duck Liver Pate, Linguine and Meatballs and the Roasted Tuscan Chicken! It was the best meal we had during our whole stay!
Jamie, the server, was very professional and attentive. We would totally come back here again to try the other items on the menu, and we would recommend it as well.”

“Besides the actual poutine, which was amazing, and the actual experience, which was fast and friendly, I have a lot of gratitude for the guy working last weekend as I left my phone behind on a nearby table. He said he noticed it and kept it behind the till for safekeeping until I returned. And that he does that for all things left behind on their patio. He actually brought up that I had left it there before I mentioned it, before handing it back. The LEAST I can do is leave a good review in return! And well deserved obviously. I imagine if the level of integrity for something that exceeds customer service is the standard, that the business ethics of this take out place would be similar too. Which is important for an industry that gets the product ready where we generally can’t see it. Amazing food, quality ingredients, friendly staff, good humans there.”

“We ordered a couple of different dishes that were served fast and hot by Nicole. The burritos & quesadilla were full of flavor and the slow-cooked meats were legit Mexican style. Great service Nicole, and delish meal! Keep up the good work! Muchas gracias!”

“After a Sunday drive with my 97-year-old mother , we went here for the first time after going to the tulip festival. It was not too busy and it was by far one of the better burgers I’ve had quite some time. The fish and chips were fantastic. The temperature outside and the seating was great. We definitely will be back it was a great place for Spur of the moment dinner”

“We came to Harrison hot springs hotel resort in spa for our 16-year anniversary. Everything was exceptional and wonderful.

Our waitress, Jess. B. Was attentive, wonderful and friendly.

Originally, we hadn't planned to eat dinner at the Copper room because the reviews you read weren't very good, so we came there later in the evening for the dancing and ended up ordering food and drinks and it was all spectacular! The service was amazing, the food was delicious and fresh, and when one thing wasn't to our liking the immediately fix it and comped our bill.

The band was amazing, they were playing requests and celebrating milestones. The dance floor was beautiful and the ambiance was lovely. I requested a few songs and the singer of the band ended up coming over and chatting with me about it...

I'm not easy to please and I'm giving this place five stars.”

“Just ate at the lounge when we first arrived at the resort and the staff serving were absolutely amazing. The food was so good! I had the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had and the beer was nice and cold. The young lady that served us went above and beyond and the gentleman behind the bar treated us like family. The restaurant was so cosy and clean. We will be back”

“I think is my first time leaving a review but this place deserves it! My husband myself and our 5 year old went for dinner tonight and Bella Vista is hands down the BEST restaurant in Harrison! Our server Abigail was the sweetest nicest server, made a special drink for our son. The food was so good i coolant even put it into words. I had the lamb shank and it was mouth watering fall off the bone no knife needed AMAZING, drool worthy for sure. Portion was so big I couldn’t eat it all. Abigail talked to us let us know the executive chef has over 40 years experience and you absolutely can tell his love and passion he puts into his art. Bella Vista is officially my new favourite restaurant.”

“Good ice cream, customer service was excellent as well. They had lots of flavours to choose from, I would say it is a bit more on the expensive side for an ice cream shop in the area.

Expect to spend at least 40-50 for a family of 5 if you do go!”
