“Both my daughter & I visited this establishment today and the server ‘Lana’ was a superstar with her customer service delivery. She nail it! She was so friendly and kind which you don’t see too often these days!!. On top of that was the food !! Omg we had to the best sea salt & pepper wings done to perfection and we shared a turkey sandwich with fries on the side! Absolutely a 5 star for this cafe! We will be back! Keep up the great work! The only suggestion I would give is add ice to your water jugs upon delivery to your table especially on these hot days!! It enhances the presentation & makes it more appealing! “We came to Harrison hot springs hotel resort in spa for our 16-year anniversary. Everything was exceptional and wonderful.

Originally, we hadn't planned to eat dinner at the Copper room because the reviews you read weren't very good, so we came there later in the evening for the dancing and ended up ordering food and drinks and it was all spectacular! The service was amazing, the food was delicious and fresh, and when one thing wasn't to our liking the immediately fix it and comped our bill.

The band was amazing, they were playing requests and celebrating milestones. The dance floor was beautiful and the ambiance was lovely. I requested a few songs and the singer of the band ended up coming over and chatting with me about it...

I'm not easy to please and I'm giving this place five stars.“
