I don’t didn’t have very high expectations after reading some earlier reviews of Courtyard Café Harrison, but I was pleasantly surprised today. The staff went above and beyond they kept checking in to see if we needed anything and even offered a complimentary coconut dessert. The food itself was okay, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. It truly felt like they’ve worked hard on improving that aspect, and it made all the difference.

I ordered the all day breakfast which was listed on the menu as 2 eggs with hash browns, sausages and toast! The sausages ended up being hot dog weiners. When I stated that these were not sausages, the waiter said that he didn’t know what they were because he doesn’t eat meat! What restaurant doesn’t know what sausages are! My daughter ordered the skillet with spicy sausage, onions, peppers hash browns and eggs. The spicy sausage was again weiners, the egg whites were not cooked on top and there were no peppers! She couldn’t eat it! Very disappointed! The worst restaurant we have ever been to!

I didn’t expect much after the experience we had with the hotel, but this was worse than I could have imagined. We only came because the hotel gave us a “free breakfast”. We learned the restaurant came under new management only a few weeks ago (July 2025) so I don’t know what this place was like previously. The Continental Breakfast has your typical cereal, muffins and croissants and there are hard boiled eggs, toast and you can get fresh fruit and yogurt if you ask. Wouldn’t say it’s worth $14, but it’s palatable. The menu, however, was frankly, false advertising. I went to order the eggs Benedict, which said it was on an English Muffin (as you would expect) and apparently there was no English Muffins, just toast. The All Day Breakfast stated eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and toast. The “sausage” was literally hot dog wieners. I ordered the spicy skillet, which was supposed to have scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, spicy sausage, peppers, onions and mushrooms. I asked if my eggs could be done over-easy (fried) and the server asked if I meant sunny-side up. I said sure, and got eggs that were still uncooked (whites weren’t even “set” as is typical with a proper sunny-side up egg, they were fully runny). The “spicy sausage” was again - hot dog wieners. I also didn’t get any peppers. I sent it back and didn’t bother to order anything else. The server was very nice, and understood our complaints. In the end he didn’t charge for my meal and comped part of the other meal. Hopefully the message is passes to management and they sort out the issues. All in all, not impressed and definitely don’t recommend at this time. If you eat here, ask very detailed questions about what you’re ordering.

I didn’t expect much from the hotel restaurant, but it delivered. Awesome food! Awesome service!
What stood out most was Umang. Confident, sharp, and attentive without hovering. He made the whole experience feel smooth and considered.
If you’re staying here, eat in. And hope Umang’s there.

Breakfast was terrible here. It looked like they heated up the 2 slices of apple with two orange rinds they call fruit, with the plate in an attempt to keep food warm when it got to the table. Eggs Benny was completely cooked through with package hollandaise that tasted like pure butter. No seasoning on anything. Ice cream shop across the street has better breakfast.

The food was good, but it took OVER AN HOUR to get. They apologized that it was "busy" yet there were only 7 other people in the restaurant (and almost all of them got their food before we did, even though they arrived after us). Wasn't checked on at all while waiting, so I wasnt offered anymore drinks or asked if there was anything we needed, so my one coffee was all I had the entire time I was there. Wasn't provided any napkins & when I got the bill they didn't offer a discount or anything for the terrible service. I still left a tip because that's who I am, but I really shouldn't have. Would not recommend coming here ever.

Perfect!
Not good food. Please do yourself a favour. Don't eat there. Terrible coffee and even the eggs Benedict wasn't good.
Samosa's are delicious!
Service was great, food was quick, French fries were notably exceptional.
Kid-friendliness: Staff was very thoughtful and kind towards our 2yo.
Our server Nikkel was amazing, super friendly and very attentive! I believe he also makes the food which by the way was great! Will definitely come back!
