Customer service at its worst. I couldn’t even order as the person in the front had such a long face. Kept on sighing and didn’t even make an eye contact. Maybe drink a monster or something.

Best poutine and great service. Perfect for an evening snack or lunch.

We're Montrealers and this place is super authentic, and really good - like Chez Claudette level good (IYKYK). I got a Michigan Dog - the only one I've seen in BC, and the sauce seemed homemade, and hit every note. We also got a poutine, and yes like everywhere in BC, it's hard to get curds with a squeak - but beyond that, the sauce was right and they had actual Quebec-style fries. I saw someone else in the reviews complaining about the fries - that's a very BC complaint - Quebec fries are different, and they nailed it. Will definitely stop by next time we're in Harrison.

Worst poutine we’ve ever had, the fries are terrible potato prune skin-yuck! No ketchup. We ordered 2, what a waste of money. The seating area is loaded in spider webs- they seriously need a duster.

Been there a few times to have the corn beef sandwich. And there always out of the corn beef .very disgusting dirty place as well .the service sucks .plus are dressed like a homeless person

I should’ve checked recent reviews. This place doesn’t deserve such high rating. Honestly it sucks. It couldn’t be further from authentic poutine.
Overly salty, spicy mess. Since when is authentic poutine spicy. It never states that anywhere, I couldn’t feed them to my kid. But the salt level alone is crazy.
Not hot enough either, so the cheese didn’t melt at all.
I’m feeling so sick after eating them. Avoid. So expensive too, and the tip options for what? Waiting too long for rude service and food?

Worst poutine I ever had in my life. The service was poor at all. The price was too high for this kind of food. I ordered two vegetarian poutine and he said we don’t veggies. I asked for two more folks and said it will be 20 cents. Never recommend to go there.

Food was decent, but sad to find out when we ordered a large the person must have heard a small, and a small was given. I checked my bank app and indeed a small was purchased.

I had their only vegan option and, frankly, it felt like they were trying to punish vegans. It seems like they took all the pickles in their pantry that was vegan and dumped them on the fries, resulting in the fries being saturated in vinegar. I couldn't finish my fries. Never in my life have I not finished my fries.

Lovely people and lovely place, though! I just wished they educated themselves regarding vegan options.

Besides the actual poutine, which was amazing, and the actual experience, which was fast and friendly, I have a lot of gratitude for the guy working last weekend as I left my phone behind on a nearby table. He said he noticed it and kept it behind the till for safekeeping until I returned. And that he does that for all things left behind on their patio.

He actually brought up that I had left it there before I mentioned it, before handing it back.
The LEAST I can do is leave a good review in return! And well deserved obviously.

I imagine if the level of integrity for something that exceeds customer service is the standard, that the business ethics of this take out place would be similar too. Which is important for an industry that gets the product ready where we generally can’t see it.
