Worst poutine I ever had in my life. The service was poor at all. The price was too high for this kind of food. I ordered two vegetarian poutine and he said we don’t veggies. I asked for two more folks and said it will be 20 cents. Never recommend to go there.

Food was decent, but sad to find out when we ordered a large the person must have heard a small, and a small was given. I checked my bank app and indeed a small was purchased.

I had their only vegan option and, frankly, it felt like they were trying to punish vegans. It seems like they took all the pickles in their pantry that was vegan and dumped them on the fries, resulting in the fries being saturated in vinegar. I couldn't finish my fries. Never in my life have I not finished my fries.
Lovely people and lovely place, though! I just wished they educated themselves regarding vegan options.

Besides the actual poutine, which was amazing, and the actual experience, which was fast and friendly, I have a lot of gratitude for the guy working last weekend as I left my phone behind on a nearby table. He said he noticed it and kept it behind the till for safekeeping until I returned. And that he does that for all things left behind on their patio.
He actually brought up that I had left it there before I mentioned it, before handing it back.
The LEAST I can do is leave a good review in return! And well deserved obviously.
I imagine if the level of integrity for something that exceeds customer service is the standard, that the business ethics of this take out place would be similar too. Which is important for an industry that gets the product ready where we generally can’t see it.

Stop by here a couple times over our group trip at Harrison Hot Springs, we had a few kinds of poutine and the Montreal smoked sandwich. Everything was bonkers amazing, and plus the people working there were so nice and accommodating ??. Will be a staple anytime we come back

It might be good, the reviews are great. Stood outside 3 times in 24 hours and rang for service 3-4 times each time, waited 15-20 minutes and no one came to take our order. Will try again tomorrow
I love my poutine and decided to try this place out. Tried the deluxe poutine and it was delicious. A bit pricey but you get the quality and quantity you pay for. Owner is very enthusiastic and seems to care about home-made a lot, which was refreshing to see.
