I ordered chicken and beef doners, but surprisingly, I received two completely cold wraps overflowing with sauce. The service was also incredibly poor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I had cold donair for the first time ever, and I was surprised! Is donair supposed to be a cold sandwich? When we asked to heat it up in the microwave, they said it’s meant to be served cold.
I don’t recommend it at all!

This place is an absolute delight. Has the vibes of a small Mom and Pop restaurant, but the food of a gourmet dining establishment.

The staff really make you feel welcome, portions are large, and my kids were comped delicious pastries

I had a disappointing visit to the Secret Garden Cafe & Bar in Harrison Hot Springs. I ordered a light snack consisting of two fries and two coffees. Upon noticing a significant difference in the amount of fries in each container, I inquired about the discrepancy. The owner reprimanded the young server in their native language and scolded him for not properly bagging the order. The server then proceeded to transfer fries from one container to the other with his bare hands. Additionally, the mocha coffee was extremely watered down and lacked flavor. The young woman who served me appeared unhappy and uncooperative throughout our interaction. I brought my concerns to the owner's attention, suggesting that they improve their customer service and cleanliness. However, the owner responded defensively, claiming that I was the one with an attitude, despite my polite inquiry about the fries. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment. ??

I recently visited this restaurant with 5 of my friends/relatives and was disappointed by the service. When my friend accidentally spilled tea, the wait staff didn’t offer to help clean it up, leaving us to handle it ourselves. To our surprise, as we were about to leave, the waitress asked my friend to clean the floor. The food was mediocre, consisting of basic items like bacon and eggs, which were just average. While the location is convenient and the view is nice, the staff's rude attitude overshadowed the experience.

Ordered for first time yesterday. Take out. Chicken Donair with rice platter. It was disgusting. The chicken was just mostly just fat l, skin and gristle. Literally. I couldn't finish it. My wife will tell you that's unheard of for me! I've had donairs from many places around metro Vancouver. This is the worst I've had in recent memory. I Don't get the rave reviews. Won't be going back. No excuses for food like this.

Went on August 17 and I Wouldn’t come back again. Had a chicken wrap that gave me a terrible stomachache.

Shashuka was to die for! We had a big group and the food came out so fast.
