I had an amazing evening at the Copper room. They had a wonderful band and ballroom dancers kept us entertained. The food was amazing; I had a Caprese salad, salmon fillet and a delicious blueberry cheesecake from the Chef’s menu. The service was quick and professional. A great restaurant for an elegant, classy dinner out.

Great experience, super glad we stopped in even though we didn’t stay at the Harrison Hotel Springs Resort. I had the Roast Chicken which has crispy skin, and a side of creamy garlic mash. The mushroom gravy was so tasty! My husband had the Salmon which was cooked perfect. The ambience was so fun, with the band adding a great vibe encouraging people to dance and just have a good time. The chocolate martinis were exceptional, also. It’s a little more expensive than the other restaurants on the strip, but totally worth it! Our server Jessica, was very attentive. Will be back!

I never write reviews, but this was catastrophically bad. We sat unacknowledged for more than 10 minutes. Didn’t get our cocktails until 45 minutes in, husband’s highball had the wrong mix and size of glass but he didn’t want to wait another 35 minutes for the correction (thank goodness for the bread basket). Server apologized for being unexpectedly slammed, even though reservations are required to get a table, and management was no where to help her out. Initially served the wrong appetizer. Beet salad had no cheese, scallops had a teriyaki sauce, but definitely not ponzu. Never had the opportunity to tell server as she didn’t return until the main course was served, and we were starving by that point anyway. Salmon was topped with frozen herbed butter that never melted, pilaf and veggies were anemic, and mushroom sauce for the chicken looked like it came from a package. It was airplane food for $40 a plate. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else. Piano player was great, but I left so disappointed. We will not be returning.

Great entertainment and food. Service was great at first but closer to the end the server acted annoyed and unhappy. Did not thank us after we have paid including tips.

I went to Harrison Hot Spring Resort with my husband to celebrate my 30th birthday this weekend and we had dinner at The Copper Room. The experience was good overall, however I cannot rate 5 stars as I was a bit disappointed in the food. The ambiance in the restaurant is warm, cozy and elegant, and the live band and dancefloor add a nice touch. The food however, was not quite as elevated as I expected. We ordered the beef carpaccio to start, and while it was tasty, it was average at best (only some salty cappers were added on top and a standard balsamic glaze which could have been store-bought). We then had the Copper Room Platter for 2, including steaks, a lobster tail and garlic shrimp, with some roasted potatoes and veggies on the side. While I enjoyed it, I found it overpriced ($145 for the platter), and like the carpaccio, it wasn't nearly as impressive as the price would suggest. The steak was well cooked and the lobster and shrimps well seasoned, but it felt quite basic. The roasted potatoes were not crispy and the veggies seemed to have been cooked only in broth... I fully understand that they had to make some modifications as I'm gluten free and dairy free, but I was still expecting a bit more from a restaurant advertising a fancy dining experience. I would expect them to have alternative options instead of removing sauces and flavors to accommodate the restrictions. Service was good, although we were never asked if we wanted pepper but saw the table next to us get some. Overall a good experience, but if I leave with a $300+ bill, I expect nothing short of outstanding, and it wasn't quite that :P

I celebrated my birthday at the end of May at The Copper Room with my fiancée, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was prepared perfectly and full of flavor.

A special shoutout to our server Kelly, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel so special. Also, big thanks to Jessica and Nikki—you all did an amazing job and your positive energy really stood out.

We were pleasantly surprised by the live music band, which added such a lovely and romantic touch to the evening. It made the celebration even more magical.

This was honestly my best birthday ever, and we’re so grateful to all the staff for making it so special. We’ll definitely be recommending The Copper Room to our friends and family. Thank you again!

The Copper Room at Harrison Hot Springs Resort exudes sophistication and elegance with its stunning decor. The live music added a lovely touch of charm.

While the food was good, the prices were a bit steep.

The customer service was decent, but didn't quite meet expectations.

Had a great time, we loved our server Martin and Dave, Garry, Bob and the guys were great in the band! Mix of Vegas meets cruise ship. Good value considering we have a full meal and entertainment for 3 hours! Even surprised myself and got on the dance floor

4 course pre set christmas dinner. I'll start with the girl at check in was lovely, and our waitress was very nice........ I was so excited to have have a nice christmas dinner in a nice restaurant. Our bill was over $250 for two people with only one glass of wine and one coke, which didnt even make it to our table untill after our first course was served. We would have ordered second drinks if any one had checked on us. We ended up getting our main and desert to go to take back to our room after being there for an hour and a half. After asking and waiting for the rest to go, they brought out or mains but not the desserts and we had to again wait for those. The most disappointing part of the evening was the "dance floor" which we were sat right beside was basically used as a playground for unruly kids the whole time, one of which had rollerskate shoes on. Unbelievable the staff didn't do anything about that in a supposedly 5 star/dress code restaurant. Very disappointing.

I had the “Chicken Breast Supreme Kieve”
Too bad I did not take photos
What I received was about 1-3/4 cups of mashed potatoes which had some cheese melted in it. It was a mountain of potatoes. A small piece of chicken breast with browned skin and a piece of back bone sticking up… 3 asparagus which were the thinnest I have ever seen, almost like a thin wire each ( I would have put them aside for a veggies dish and replaced them with 5-6 nice and plump asparagus) one small whole carrot and one slice of steamed yellow beet.
My friend had one of the fish dishes . The wild rice bed was not good. Undercooked with lots of slices of onions. It did not look or taste good. She was happy that I passed 2/3 of the mashed potatoes to her. Her fish was OK and certainly more than the 3 tablespoons of chicken that I received.
At over $130 for both of these dishes + one alcoholic beverage ( Simple house white wine) it was just not worth THAT.
It took good 30 minutes from the time they took our order to the time the food came to us. We joked about someone not succeeding in catching the chicken or fishing.
The bread was warm but it could have used at least 5 more minutes in the oven. It was too pale. The point of warm fresh or refreshed bread is the CRUST.
The place had too many empty tables, it is also a very large restaurant. They could benefit by having drapes to close areas that are not occupied. That gives a better feeling to customers. I have seen that method in Montreal. The drapes are installed on the ceiling reducing visually the restaurant area leaving the empty tables out of site.

If the number of empty tables is much greater than occupied tables it makes one feel frankly uncomfortable

By the time we finished eating there was someone changing table clothes already making us feel we had to leave, although the band had one more round of songs to play as they announced AND some people in a nearby table had just been served. I saw the gentleman had another mountain of potatoes and when we met next day at the lake, we talked. They felt exactly the same way. Not enough meat, or veggies and an astronomical amount of potatoes. The lady actually said she filled in with bread.
Too many issues.

I can say that the band played very well and I LOVED their choice of songs and their performance was absolutely lovely.

Did I love my meal? Nope!

I am not a large person but I do not like to leave a restaurant hungry. I choose to eat very little carbohydrates. Mainly lean meats and veggies, in that order. Only when I go out I may eat 2-3 spoons of carbs. So choosing chicken BREAST I expected a generous portion of the largest part of the bird.

The server was nice and courteous. We didn’t say anything to her because the delay and the dishes are not her fault. That comes from the person deciding the portions. She has nothing to do with that unintelligent decision

Our server was wonderful, an amazing fellow and the band, as always was fun and really added to the atmosphere. 5 stars for our server and the band. I wish I could have reviewed them separately as that was the only highlight of the experience.

For the amount they’re charging - I would have expected more. I’ve dined at Chop and Cactus Club and Earls for cheaper and got more on the plate. Also, the food itself was not worth the amount they charged - it was middling at best.

Also, my wife was told firmly to go back and change as tank tops were against the dress code. Then, as we were waiting for the food… they allow someone in with ripped jeans and ball cap. Also against code. Others also came in with clothing not to code but my wife was the only one who was told to change by the hostess. The very definition of discrimination (which was denied once pointed out but the facts remain that my wife was the only one forced to abide by their rules).

I had fond memories of the place, but the price/plate, average quality and showing of the food and especially the turning a blind eye to everyone else who didn’t follow the dress code except my wife.. it has left me cold.

I do NOT recommend. Avoid unless you have money to burn.

DO NOT GO HERE. We were having a great day until we visited this restaurant. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. The food quality was poor, but the service was even worse. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The service was slow, and there were clear instances of racism. The staff was rude and short with their words. This place needs new management, servers, and chefs. It’s unfortunate, but I hope this review helps others avoid what I went through. I paid $300 for a meal that left me feeling terrible, and while I still tipped, it was an awful experience overall.
