I had an amazing evening at the Copper room. They had a wonderful band and ballroom dancers kept us entertained. The food was amazing; I had a Caprese salad, salmon fillet and a delicious blueberry cheesecake from the Chef’s menu. The service was quick and professional. A great restaurant for an elegant, classy dinner out.
Great experience, super glad we stopped in even though we didn’t stay at the Harrison Hotel Springs Resort. I had the Roast Chicken which has crispy skin, and a side of creamy garlic mash. The mushroom gravy was so tasty! My husband had the Salmon which was cooked perfect. The ambience was so fun, with the band adding a great vibe encouraging people to dance and just have a good time. I went to Harrison Hot Spring Resort with my husband to celebrate my 30th birthday this weekend and we had dinner at The Copper Room. The experience was good overall, however I cannot rate 5 stars as I was a bit disappointed in the food. The ambiance in the restaurant is warm, cozy and elegant, and the live band and dancefloor add a nice touch. The food however, was not quite as elevated as I expected. We ordered the beef carpaccio to start, and while it was tasty, it was average...
