The Hot Spring Villa Hotel & Restaurant

I had no experience related to the hotel, but we had breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The food was below average and took a long time to prepare. One of the staff members was very rude.
I believe they were short-staffed.
The food and services were poor for the high price.

The eggs Benedict at the restaurant here is so good! Would recommend this place for having a cute breakfast with a nice view!

Very nice, accommodating people running this hotel who go out of their way to make your stay as good as it can be. Very good licenced restaurant serving very good food at very reasonable prices. We're sold, and have found our "go to" place in Harrison. Highly recommended.

Just ate at the restaurant for breakfast. Had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict. It was outstanding and the place was open at 8 am. Fantastic chef, service and food. Too cold for the sidewalk but it looked nice! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!!!!!

Older building but it has a balcony and it's right on the water. For the money it's okay for a short stay.The main problem for us was the music blaring loudly from 8 am until 8 at night.Definitely not restful .Feel like we're at a disco.

This place is ok if you want to stay a night or 2. Very outdated and has that old rusty smell. Rooms need upgrading yet very clean.

Stayed the night at Harrison Hot Springs, cute little place with a lake near it and lots of shops to eat around. The hotel was nice and provided everything we needed since we were just staying the night it was a reasonable price as well

Older building but seemed ok and clean, nothing spectacular but not bad either. Room was a good size as was the bed.Booked the hotel as it said it had a bath, which was important to my wife as we’d been travelling a lot.No plug for the bath. Called to ask about getting a plug. They don’t provide a plug because its an old building and they don’t want to risk a leak!!! WTAF..maybe they should mKe that obvious and not say the room has a bath.

I would not recommend coming here. The location is great and convenient however the rooms were not worth the price by any means. I would not recommend coming here with your family or children. The hassle of no hot water and having to go out of your way to ask for it is absolute nonsense. The closet was busted as well. However, this is not the main issue, the management is. The way they handle these issues is extremely immature. Acting like it’s the customers problem that they didn’t have the bare minimum of a room. They simply could care less and instead of giving us a 25% off discount as they mentioned, they gave us a $50 gift certificate to the restaurant next to them under the same management. An absolute joke. Please spend your money at a better place. Their goal is not to serve you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible, it’s to profit off you.

Amazing service and great experience. Abigail is an amazing server. It was busy and we saw that she was so nice and polite to everyone. It takes a lot of patience and people skills to be that way. Thanks Abigail for being so kind and helpful.
