Very saddened. We loved going to DQ. Staff is so nice usually.We placed our order through drive thru, and the person taking our order read it back to us right.We paid for it. Receieved our food in a timely manner. Normally we check our food, but we ordered there often we trusted our food was correct.We live 15 minutes out of Hope. When we got in, we brought our groceries in and then went to eat our food, only to find out we were missing a burger and the other ones were wrong....
Surprised at how well the location is doing. The staff there are super friendly and quick when ordering. The food is, well, I only get the blizzards or ice cream so I don’t know about the rest, but that’s the reason most people go. It was super clean and I will definitely be back in the future.
Staff is nice to me , , makes a difference in my experience, I'll be coming back here for my fast food fix and it's possibly the best location ever scenery wise . Huge mountain views and river.
