Hope Local House - Silver Chalice Pub offers awesome food, with the poutine being a must-try item. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is divey, featuring Rambo-inspired decor. This cute small town pub is perfect for watching sports, making it a great spot for a drink and a bite to eat. Quick service and agreeable prices enhance the experience. Thursday nights are a definite must visit with five dollar deluxe burgers and trivia night. The fish and chips are excellent, with nice pieces of fish, lots of crispy fries, and yummy tartar sauce. While the chips served with hotdogs may not be the best choice, the deep-fried pickles are yummy. The establishment is better enjoyed with a few friends, and a beer or two, especially given the great selection of draft beer. Overall, visitors feel welcomed and well taken care of, making it a place to recommend and revisit.
