The sashimi portions are very generous and the prices are very reasonable.
Kimchi is THE place to go for sushi in Hope. The owners (Jin and Q) are very kind and welcoming.

I had gone to this restaurant several times before and always pleased with food. HOWEVER, last Sunday, I had some company and put in a to-go order for a good variety of food. So, first of all we got there a little early (less than 15 minutes after the call) and to my surprise it was all ready to go.
