Stopped here on the way back from hells gate and it was a mistake. I ordered the clubhouse which was ok but my parent's food on the other had was just awful and that's an understatement. My dad ordered the turkey diner which was absolutely foul and couldn't be eaten. The server we had seemed flustered and dropped the cutely right on the table and seemed like either a lack of experience or had other things on her mind. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. 1/10

Ricky's All Day Grill in Hope is just as great as the Country Restaurant in Mission. I did not have to wait for a table when I arrived and was served drinks right away.
I ordered the Chicken & Waffles Benedict with coffee. The coffee was good and found myself drinking the one cup. The benedict was fantastic; the chicken was succulent and tasty while the waffles were fresh and had that rich buttery taste to it. How the two ingredients complement each other was rapturous in flavour. The hollandaise sauce was really great as well and helped tied everything down. The hashbrowns were cooked to perfection.
The service was great and had no complaints I can think of. This restaurant has a modern restaurant aesthetic to it with mild light, which I liked. It also had some antiquated aspects to it like their homemade sugar shakers and a window frame by the table I was in.
All in all, I really enjoyed eating at this Ricky’s and was glad to have the opportunity to come there. I cannot say when I will come back since I do not travel across British Columbia that often. However, I highly recommend anyone travelling through the Trans-Canada to stop by the Ricky’s in Hope.

I don’t recommend getting breakfast here. It was so soggy with oil I didn’t really eat anything on my plate. My shredded hash browns were very wet from the amount of oil.
My eggs were cooked wrong, I wouldn’t really have a problem with that normally but I left hungry. The amount of oil on my plate was insane. I was able to tip my plate and drain it off.. I will say the service was above and beyond. The girls there did an amazing job, it’s a shame the food was so bad.

This is the 3rd time we have had dinner there. The same server each time. We get ignored every time. No check in to see how our food is, long wait for our bill.
Food was awful. A salad swimming in dressing. They are always out of something- bread, chicken, lettuce. We definitely will not be visiting again.
