“We’ve been to the Alps many times, and still we were extremely impressed. Every dish is home made, including the Spaetzl, bratwurst, schnitzel even the sauerkraut. The service is so friendly and attentive it would put Downton Abbey service to shame. A truly nostalgic and heartwarming experience, such that I haven’t seen for 25+ years. By Michelin standards Black Forest Haus is certainly worth the journey across BC to visit. We saw 5 National Parks and this was one of the highlights of the entire trip.“
