Such good eats ... anytime we have to pass through Kamloops we plan the trip to make sure we can eat here.
Ben’s sandwich shop within 5Bean called Bowl n’ Bun is insanely good. Ben had come to see my band’s show one evening as we were coming through in tour and he invited us to come stock up on sandwiches and soup the next day. Hard for a touring band to turn down hospitality, and we didn’t know what to expect.
