More perverted , PUSHY , rude and entitled middle easterns!! picking fights with customers , and staring at women in line hard. n then speaking there language to each other about me, n prob other women . Never goin near there again ! SICK OF IT!

If i could give it a negative star score i would ! I called in to the store asked if they had n were serving the cheeseburger hot dogs . N tried describing them because i know its not always available . They said they had them n they were ready . I was excited, went to store had a few othr items too. I let them know wen i first entered it was me from phn calls . They said ok n started the hot dogs. The whole point in me calling was to make sure they would be ready. But whatever . While im waiting i pay for every thing. Then after few min, they say there ready n i start dressing the buns . N i see they only made for me regular hot dogs. I said hey these arent right i was askin for cheeseburger hot dogs. I said fine its fine n i finish getting them ready n go to leave. Then he Accuses me of not paying ..!!? Which i just did!! n he says something like i was supposed to grab cheddar n a hot dog...i have no idea what that means ...i still dont. I asked him what do u mean ..several times. He got aggressive with me and was saying i must be too broke! Wtf ...n im saying i called you about this 2 times before i even came here . N u got it wrong . Then u acccuse me of not paying?? literally 4 min ago i went thru the till . Whats your problem! anyways now your screaming at me n being hostile. It was the most inappropriate and ignorant display id ever seen . Im sure these ppl are out there everynight trying to scam ppl. I know our issues tonight came from a language barriere. n possibly they were new. With miserable entitled attitudes . But the way they attacked me tonight..it was NOT right !!

Always dirty inside, the hot beverage area has coffee stains that stay there for days and days without cleaning, I would avoid this 711 if I were you.

Customer service was great. Dont remember his name, but im assuming he was the manager, the system was having some issues when i was redeeming my points, and im not sure how he solved the issue, said he was gonna vharge me for 5 energy drinks instead of four, not sure if he had paid for it or not for me because i didnt have my card on me but i am enternally greatful if he had, as it was extremely kind of him. Regardless, he and the other employee was patient and kind with me. Keep up the great work!!

Sometimes slow and hit and miss with customer service but they have a bit of everything when you want to grab a snack or drink. Perfect for late nights when u need something and everything else is closed.

Just left 7-11 about 25 minutes ago. Did not really want to go out in the cold cold night, but I had to return a winning lottery ticket and it is going to be cold in the morning to. The afternoon was nice and warm but, of course I was stuck here waiting on someone and he never showed up till supper time. Well getting back to 7-11, they were great as always. I should change that to most of the time. But it always seems a little more friendlier when the girls are working. They are always smiling and seem to be in a good mood. The girl who checked me in thanked me and wished me a good night. I always feel better when that happens. I would have to give tonight a 9.9 out of 10. The only thing that they could have done more was to pay for my food BUT THAT'LL NEVER HAPPEN. Well everyone have a good night, thanks.

False advertising is a major problem in this store. Most people don't seem to understand that you cannot have 2 prices on a product or post a sale yet charge the higher price. It doesn't matter if their "system is down". If the system is down then take the sale signs down.

I am a 47 year old disabled woman whom has been POURING my money into the 7-11 on 8th street for quite a number of years, if you were to ask the nice elderly woman named Wendy that works evening/ mornings there, she would tell u that Jason ans k spend anywhere from $25.00,.up to as much as $75.00/ $85.00 there DAILY not including our other purchases. Because of my disability, i have to drive a scooter. Just not 15 minutes ago, i drove my power chair jn the store.as.i.have done.numerous times.in.tbe past. I proceeded to drive to the deli area where the subs , bacon, eggs, cheese are kept. There were 2employees standing a little off rk the side, but more in my way than i theirs. I had to turn around so i could grab a few puďdings, and the one i believe his name starts with an S starts walking toward me. I smiled at him and was sure he was gonna assisst me in reaching the puddings, however, he proceeds to tell me that i am not alllwed in the store with my scooter and tells me to leave!! Well, i was shocked, and embarassed. I told him i cannot walk, but he insists that.i must Leave. I ask him his name so i can make a.formal complaint. He refuses to tell me his name so i ask him hjs hame again and he says he cannot tell me. That it is illegal!! So i ask him if he is the boss, and he replies that he is the OWNER!! I tell him that is a lie, that i know who the owners are. So i take my puddings to the till while being folliwed, furthering my embarassment. While my purchases are being rang in, he proceeda to make a phone call to his boss, speaking in punjabi so i dont understand........so he thinks. Howe ver my good friends and landlords are punjabi, and i understand enough that he is lying through his teeth!! Instead of that i was trying to get behind the counter!! That i was trying to go where customers are not allowed, and i also believe he was saying that i almost hit him and otber customers.....on my life, absolutely Nothing even remotely close happened like that!! Further more, a few monrhs ago, i was picking out a large amount of lottery tickets, approximately $80 worrh when the store hit busy and a line formed. Do u know what he did? He told me i had emough, that it was too busy for him to spend so much time on me, he then finalizes my sale and yells " next person"! Is this the way we should be treated because i cannot walk? Or is it because im a female? Either way, the way i was treated was rude, wrong, embarrassing, and if i dont hear back from the real owner, and he is NOT made to apologize, cjdc tv, and possibly the newspaper as well. I WILL NOT BE TREATED SO DISRESPECTABLY, NOT FROM SOME LOW LEVEL EMPLOYEE WHEN IVE DONE NOTHING WRONG, AND HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OVER THE YEARS TO PAY HIS SALARY!!
