Customer service was great. Dont remember his name, but im assuming he was the manager, the system was having some issues when i was redeeming my points, and im not sure how he solved the issue, said he was gonna vharge me for 5 energy drinks instead of four, not sure if he had paid for it or not for me because i didnt have my card on me but i am enternally greatful if he had, as it was extremely kind of him. Sometimes slow and hit and miss with customer service but they have a bit of everything when you want to grab a snack or drink. Perfect for late nights when u need something and everything else is closed.
