I have been there a lot of times and never got the correct drink in first time. Always get told to park and wait even when drive through is empty. They never have anything you want to order and if they have something it would look like it’s assembled by thanos who got rid of half the ingredients.
Literally the absolute worst Tim Hortons in Kamloops. They never let you finish your order without interrupting , they somehow manage to get every single order wrong and then they throw your food at you out the window to get you to move faster out of their drive thru lane because they worry more about their “drive thru times” then customer service . avoid this location and go to another one near by. I would truly give 0 stars if I could.
Would be a one star if it was only dealing with morning staff and management. Evening staff are so friendly and great customer service!!
