My fiancé and I went to this Tim’s for lunch today, ordered a box of 12 donuts to receive 11 and correct them on their mistake. On my order, I ordered a turkey bacon club with no tomato, a drink, wedges, and a cookie. After getting my food, I waited for my drink just to find out that no one was making it. Ordered large hazelnut cold brew with expresso foamFoam was chunky and expired.Called store to see if i could come back in about an hour after taking my son to the playground to exchange for a non expired chunky drink to be told that what i ordered does not come with expresso foam. This Tim Hortons is always the worst. The drive through is ridiculous. I am regularly getting wrong food, wrong drinks, and if I order a latte I have to drive to the front door to sit and wait 7 minutes for someone to make and bring me my drink.Ordering inside is even worse as they put the least experienced workers that don't speak English on the till and they take 20 min to make a latte and grab a muffin.Poor management/training.
