This Tim Hortons is always the worst. The drive through is ridiculous. I am regularly getting wrong food, wrong drinks, and if I order a latte I have to drive to the front door to sit and wait 7 minutes for someone to make and bring me my drink.Ordering inside is even worse as they put the least experienced workers that don't speak English on the till and they take 20 min to make a latte and grab a muffin.Poor management/training.

My fiancé and I went to this Tim’s for lunch today, ordered a box of 12 donuts to receive 11 and correct them on their mistake. On my order, I ordered a turkey bacon club with no tomato, a drink, wedges, and a cookie. After getting my food, I waited for my drink just to find out that no one was making it. Had to ask to get it made, and left a little bit frustrated. It wasn’t till I was done eating everything else that I realized that my cookie wasn’t in the bottom of the bag like it usually is. Between not knowing how to count to 12 and confirm that you aren’t missing one let alone 2 things on an order is honestly just embarrassing when there’s no one ordering before us and the drive thru was empty. Terribly frustrating experience

Ordered large hazelnut cold brew with expresso foamFoam was chunky and expired.Called store to see if i could come back in about an hour after taking my son to the playground to exchange for a non expired chunky drink to be told that what i ordered does not come with expresso foam. Pointed out i ordered directly from the menu and was met with rude arguments from whatever manager answered the phone.I was told i could bring it back for a new one this one time only but after 10 minutes my stomachs already feeling gross from the few chunky sips i had.Gross coffee and customer service. 0/10

I go here almost every morning and all it is the crew yelling at each other to hurry up and rush you out the door so much they don't even realize if they're taking payment or not. All they care about is their times they don't care about food or customer satisfaction.

Ordered 2 icecapps with almond milk with no whip. I expressed an allergy to dairy.When I got the icecapps, they had to remake before giving it to me because they made an iced coffee.When I got the second one it had whip cream on it so I sent it back. She stated "you didn't tell us" (they asked and I confirmed no whip) so instead of fixing it they wiped off the whipped cream. Since almond milk makes them darker, I could tell I had one dairy and one not. I asked 3 times to double check and they stated it was dairy free and walked away. I gave up and threw it out as I cannot drink it.They make a lot of mistakes and have zero care for those with allergies. Go any where elseDietary restrictions: Does not care about dietary restrictions and will not remake it if they make a mistake

this year we drove across Canada to the maitimes, we used Tim's almost every day for breakfest or lunch for a month, out of this, we had one order wrong in all that time, the past 2 days I used Tim's yesterday morning for a BLT everything begal and got egg in the Begal, today I ordered a BLT bun as as you can see in the pic that it's not a BLT, it's chicken lol I had to go back because the ham and cheese had tomato on it and I kept the recite to show you NO TOMATO, I was half way down the road to find out my sandwich was wrong too, with the review of this store you would think head office would look into why it has such a low rating.... I will keep using Tim's but maybe not locally, and please don't give me the genaric answer you have given everyone who has a low rate on here I called your team 1 888 number and no one is answering, I waited 15 min then hung up, not great service you guys....

This place is a joke. One of the managers is nice but everyone else has no idea how to speak or communicate. Im probably asked to repeat my simple order of a medium double double or medium iced coffee a minimum of 3 times. Anymore than 3 cars in the Drive-Thru is a 10 minute wait. Once you get to the till they don’t even look you in the face, just hand the debit machine over with one hand and your purchase in the other.Twice now, ive been handed an iced coffee with a cracked cup, leaking everywhere. Delusional employees

I would give it nothing if I could. It is the slowest tim hortons out there drive thru or otherwise. You want to scan your tims card, redeem points or pay within the app forget it they don't know how to scan anything. Their customer service is terrible. And as a first I have actually been forgotten while taking the order as the lady when I completed my order said okay hang on a second (she had nothing to check I had finished the order and got the total) she comes back 5 minutes later and asks me for my order as if I was a new person.My advice go further to the one on Haleston or back the other way down Tranquille if you don't want to go up the hill

Got to be honest, I only buy the coffee to use the washroom. Then give the coffee to a homeless guy outside. I feel bad doing that to a homeless guy

I was a bit disappointed with the chili, not as meaty as it used to be before COVID. Just not the same, and I hate the dry wood utensils, not pleasant in the mouth at all. I actually will never buy anything that I need to be forced to use those to eat with. It made me sad in the end.

Sandwiches were okay. Not bad, not stellar either. Decent price. Problem was they took a really long time to make. I didn't say anything about the delay, but the staff apologized for the delay... Don't be in a hurry at this location.
