A&W Canada

Worst A&W in Canada. They mess up our orders every time and the food always comes out cold after a long wait. They slap the food together without care and the workers are rude.

Place was understaffed and burger was obviously rushed with concerningly sparse ingredients. Took about 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about my experience here. It was busy in the drive-thru, but nonetheless, I wasn't in a rush. That didn't bother me. What bothered me was when I pulled up to order it was dead silence for a good while. To me, a quick, sorry we'll be right with you would've been better customer service than dead silence. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the communication. NO, not at all.
I ordered 3 of the same combos, and all our onion rings were not even made properly. They were soggy and not even coated in anything. We literally felt like shrek and fiona eating onions like apple slices 😑😅 the young gentlemen working the floor were literally standing around just talking, and the one working drive thru didn't even know how to communicate with me. It was the most awkward and disappointing experience I have had at a drive thru. And the food sucked. I really hope it's just a one-time bad experience, but maybe y'all need to run a refresher on drive-through etiquette/customer service. It's all a learning curve for everyone involved.

Food was fine but the hot chocolate was tasteless water. Cashiers didn't tell us where our drinks would be served so we assumed they'd be with the food and had to ask them. All the tables had some sort of food residue. Asked to use the bathroom and they only allowed the mens. There was urine splatter on the floor and the seat had urine on it as well.

Very good burgers! We stopped here on our way to Vancouver and were greeted with friendly customer service from a sweet senior lady—so kind and welcoming. The meal kept us well-fuelled for the road trip!

Ordered hot chocolate at valleyview location and it was just water and milk very disappointing

If you are craving for burgers A&W is the best. I have to come to this place. (Valleyview ) Foods are fresh! The atmosphere and the service are excellent.
Compare to the other A&w in Kamloops. It’s way cleaner, ( bathroom specially)
