I was here today around 6:30am. The place did not have any customers when we walked in. Waited for atleast 10 min before the shift manager ( a black lady with golden streaks on her hair) came out to get out order. She was so rude while taking the order and did not have a pleasant face at all.

We felt she was rousing groggily from the kitchen as there were no customers then.

Worst behaviour a shift manager could have. Plus, the washroom was so bad that i would never try this location again.

Compliments to the young man working the front counter at this Kamloops trans canada location. Extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Refreshing to see.

A&W fries are the best.

For a $13 Burger it wasn't worth five. Got a double Maza Burger and it was the most dried old bun and burnt Burger I've ever had in my life, horrible.

Just another a&w, except Brodie elevates the whole experience. He is so sweet and really brightened my day with a short drive through order

I didn't order, my dad did but he said the person taking his order wasn't too kind. Also impatient with the bathroom door lock system. The toilet had poop all over it and didn't look clean. The water only went for a second before needing to press it again. Food came out relatively fast. Tasted like an average A&W burger. The window pane in the front was also cracked and was exposed, possibly having tiny bits of glass on the floor inside. Not much to say other than that.

It's a fast food burger. There isn't much else to say. A&W does do a better job than most fast food joints of accommodating food restrictions like keto or gluten-free diets.

Don't order the CHUBBY CHICKEN. You will get a chicken burger and the patty is compressed meat.Chubby Chicken used to be real chicken pieces. ???
