Maurya's Rest • Bar • Banquet is a gem in Kamloops’ foodie scene. The food is simply fantastic, with rich flavours and big portions. All food items are excellent with authentic taste, and the naan bread is delicious. Getting such a variety of Indian food in the Canadian Rockies is a wonderful experience, making guests feel at home away from home. The cocktails are amazing, with great drinks that screamed craftmanship. The service is outstanding, friendly and attentive without hovering. Servers go the extra mile to accommodate wishes, offering royal treatment and explaining menu options. The spiciness is toned down if needed. The cream cheese appie and a shared platter are delicious, and the rose drink is a pleasure for all the senses. There is a wonderful six course Valentine’s dinner, a great lunch menu, and the best New Year’s party with an amazing vibe. Maurya’s is a must visit for incredible Indian food, great drinks, and even better vibes.
