“We were a group of about 20 people (5 families with adults and kids) traveling from Vancouver and exploring Interior BC. Kamloops was our last stop, and after a long trip, everyone was craving authentic South Indian food.
We called Madras Masala & Grill during a busy weekend lunch rush, and although they couldn't accommodate all 20 of us for dine-in at the same time, their team went above and beyond to help us. They suggested a takeout option and even thoughtfully provided utensils and cutlery, something we had forgotten to request.
The food was absolutely fantastic. The biryani, chicken dishes, and other items we ordered were fresh, flavorful, and tasted just like home. Every member of our group, including the kids, thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
What truly stood out was their exceptional customer service. Despite being extremely busy, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience.
On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable and economical, especially considering the quality, portion sizes, and the amount of food we ordered for such a large group. It's not easy to find food that is both delicious and affordable when traveling with families, and Madras Masala & Grill delivered on both.
A big thank you to the team at Madras Masala & Grill for making our trip even more memorable. This will definitely be one of our favorite restaurants whenever we visit Kamloops, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious South Indian food, outstanding hospitality, and great value for money.“
