This is the most unique dining experience in Kamloops. It is a student run, fine dining experience. They have support of a wonderful instructor who assists throughout the night, amazing to observe! This is a training facility for the Culinary students at TRU . It has been operating since 1975. I can't believe there are NO reivews. It is a small venue. 7 tables to be exact. You must make a reservation 6 months to one year in advance. We had a 4 course , gourmet meal, for $ 49. each They have a limited Beer, Wine and Cocktail menu. The service is all done by sutdents.
