Booster Juice

What happened to good customer service. The gal at cashier was washing dishes and I wasn't sure if she saw me of knew I was there. She turned to me and asked what I wanted I told her oh good you know I am here and she said ya has to wash dishes I told her she might want to acknowledge customers when they came in. She just shrugged her shoulder. I thanked her nicely and gave her a tip and she said ya ok

Super rude little girl. We exchanged a 5$ bill in the tip jar to make her life easier because we ordered 5 drinks. She would not give her name. She was very rude

Deliciously healthy.

The staff is not friendly and very poorly trained. I had to call the manager when the staff refused to give me a refund when they did not have the ingredients and when the power went out so they could not make the item I wanted. Have been there twice and would not go again.

The staff is friendly and very quick at getting your order to you. A lot of options, and great prices.

Would rate it 0. After having gotten something for our kid every time we're at the mall, I'm totally put off. At 5:35 I was told they were "closing soon" in an effort to make me place my order quickly. I asked when, and I was told 6. Almost half an hour left and they were ready to close up. I waited for my wife and two minutes later we ordered a drink only to be told that they had cleaned the juicer already as they were closing soon. We were given the option of taking coconut water instead of the apples that the drink normally had. At this point I walked away. Such poor customer service. Have worked retail and never treated a customer this way even if they showed up at closing time let alone with 25 minutes left. Horrible.

I got my 2 yr old grandson a booster juice and he loved it. I think it is worth the extra cost to buy a healthy combination of fresh fruit juices rather than a soda which is not healthy and basically toxic to ones health. You can sit outside the kiosk and enjoy your healthy drink and people watch in the mall.

Smoothies are mostly made well, but their customer service is definitely below average. I always feel like I'm interrupting, or ruining someone's day

Have gotten way to pricey!!!! Won't be back....they were, once the best in Kamloops! Now it's all abt money

A monkey could do better

It's not nearly as crappy as people seemed to make it out to be. It's a booster juice in a mall- is usually busy and it's usually run by teenagers. Every time I've been it's been a quick experience, and the people have been polite. They can be a little short, but at a popular mall-food place, who wouldn't be tired and a little bit at the end of thier rope?

Talks the whole time and it takes like 20 mins just to get a smothie. They keep talking to their friends and not getting the job done

I had a bad customer service experience at this location. I arrived an hour before close and when I got there the two girls working both had their backs to me cleaning the back. I waited and when one employee finally turned around she looked at my credit card in my hand and said "we're cash only if that's okay." No hello or even an apology for the inconvenience.
