I’ve tried Ramen at various restaurants in town and Wakayama is hands down the best I have had. Everything off the menu is authentic Japanese cuisine. The broth (boiled for 12 hours) is absolutely delicious. I had the Spicy Red Tonkotsu Ramen (add beef) and it did not disappoint and it is mild at most for spice.Service was great and food was fantastic. This was our first time going and we will definitely come back! The ramen was super flavourful, I had the spicy pork and it was the perfect amount of spice. We split deep friend gyoza and spring rolls and they were both super crispy and delicious.
