“I’ve tried Ramen at various restaurants in town and Wakayama is hands down the best I have had. Everything off the menu is authentic Japanese cuisine. The broth (boiled for 12 hours) is absolutely delicious. I had the Spicy Red Tonkotsu Ramen (add beef) and it did not disappoint and it is mild at most for spice.Service was great and food was fantastic. Don’t pay any attention to some of these people leaving negative reviews who just tried ramen for the first time, they don’t know what they are even tasting. For a little establishment to make this good of ramen, who cares if the noodles are not hand made.Ignore the trolls.“
“I absolutely love tiger ramen and their food! The staff are very friendly as well. I’d imagine most people who eat there would agree - the ramen is delicious. They have a great product. I just wish the restaurant was bigger. It feels extremely cramped and makes me not want to eat in. I understand take out is an option but it just doesn’t hit the same as eating at the restaurant. It’s just awkward having people stare at you waiting for a seat, and often having to sit with strangers to make seating work. Please consider hiring more staff and expanding! Kamloops loves you and you would thrive.“
