We have been coming here for years but for the second time in the last couple of months the same person has forgotten to put lychee jelly in my drink. It wouldnt be such a big deal if it wasnt an additional charge I have paid for and it clearly says on the label that its in the drink. Also the flavor is never the same, everytime she makes it all we taste is milk with light tea flavor. Unfortunately we live an hour out of kamloops and my husband cannot tell at a glance whether its in there or not. For the price we pay for these drinks and the additional cost I dont think its asking too much.
Their bubble tea is just not the same as Richmond. Quite overpriced for what it is really. It just doesn't taste like bubble tea...

Awesome, very relaxing place
First time here i got mango smoothie with white rock sth waffle and I have to say this is the best waffle I have ever had. I’m new to TRU and just found a perfect bubble tea shop next to university. Will probably come over more often
Just stopped in for bubble tea and this place did not disappoint!! I got the Coco No.9 with mango jelly and it was amazing! I can’t wait to come back!
Lots of good choices for customizing drinks. The service takes longer than I’d like but the quality of food and drinks is amazing.

My favorite corner to study with my friends next to TRU. Drinks are good, probably a 9/10 for me and I love the brown sugar pearls there!!!!! One time I accidentally spilled my drink and they came over right away, helped me clean it up, no fuss at all. Highly recommend if you need a cozy spot to chill or get some work done!
