If there is anything I can share this would be to NOT go to this Dairy Queen. Absolute JOKE! The cake decorator couldn’t take responsibility for putting PINK icing on my Fathers Day cake. Absolutely no common sense makes me laugh at this point. They wouldn’t replace the same cake that I asked for, which I added extra things to.
Do not support these clowns. Oh also the manager decided to tell me that he doesn’t have time to talk to me on the phone and hung up on me!
I would like to tell you that I will never ever go to the downtown DQ again, I will be doing alot of word of mouth comments how horrid my experience. Not only did they screw up my order (which is fine) but being in the drive through 15 mins with only 2 vehicle ahead. So I was charged for someone elses order.. I told her I didn't order that I ordered 2 med smoothies. She said sorry, I told her just cancel my order than tells me it's made, which was untrue. I can deal with mixed...read full review
Was waiting for our order and overheard Chris ask the little girl next to us if she wanted to help make her ice cream. That was so nice to see. Good job Chris
